did you download and install the full package? The package can be found in the download section of this forum.
If you are playing with the DB of pcmdaily, you then have to install the updates found in this thread. |

I am not playing without the DB of pcmdaily as it won't let me install that. It says that I have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. Is that the full package? |

This is the link to the package: https://www.pcmdai...hp?did=751 (But I think you downloaded that already.)
You need WinRAR or any other tool to unpack the file. You need to extract the whole folder structure incl. files and not only the files. Maybe you did not unpack it?

I tried downloading it again but the same thing still happens.
Would 7-zip work? Because I have that.

Yes, but do you know how to extract files from a archive? If yes, do it, if not, please learn how to do it first.
Then look into the extracted folder and check if all folders and files are there (see picture)

Yes, that has to be double clicked. Are you really sure that you extracted it and not double click on it while it is still packed. |

I have no clue what you are talking about now. Also you tend to ignore my answers anyway. Just use my tool and try to figure it out yourself. |

I am unsure about this step: "Start the game and load the save you created using Export to cdb". What is the save?

You had a .cdb you loaded in his editor. Then you edited it and to save all changes you click "export to .cdb" in the end. There you create a new save game. Just copy this one to MyDocumtents/Pro Cycling Manager 2010/Database/Solo//PCM Daily...or your db/here
If you don`t know where you saved this savegame then just call it test.cdb and use the search function to find it. |

My tool prompts you to enter a name for the save after you click "Export to .cde". It should automatically save it in the correct folder. If not, select the correct folder or move it after the save has been created.
Now it cannot be that hard to "start the game and load the save you just created using Export to cdb". |

I forgot the exact path but they are somewhere in My documents / pcm 2010. I think it is written in the game.
But I still wonder why people do not use the search functions of the computer or this forum. |

What I am doing wrong ?
I click on extract and then pick my save.
Then I go to Start and there is nothing to choose from it. No season plan.

1. You don't click on "extract" because there is no such button or menu. You should click on "New Plan" instead.
2. Then you pick your save and click open (or you double click on it directly). Now you should see a bar filling up.
3. After that you click on "start" (not the "start" at the bottom of your desktop with that window logo but the one in my tool beneath the star.) This click should open a ribbon (similar to the ribbons found in the most recent microsoft applications). In this ribbon there are some buttons, one of them is called "Season planner" and has an icon representing a big P. Click on that (either icon or name, you could even also click on that little P at the very top of my tool as this is a shortcut to the big P (same functionality as in the most recent microsoft applications)).
4. Follow the instructions mentioned in my tool under section II, step 4 and following as well as section IV.
Before you ask your next question, please use your brain a little, or if not your brain, then use your fingers and just click all the buttons to see what they do. |
