Hopefully this should be enough to have a good go at all 5 jerseys - sorry about the quality for some, but printscreening video was the best I could do in many cases. If theres an angle missing that you need, let me know, and Ill see if I can spot anything

Brilliant!
I'll definitely be able to build England, Scotland and Northern Ireland with that.
As you already have quite good jerseys for Wales and the Isle of Man (which are, at least in the case of Wales, more beautiful in my opinion) I'll leave those out for now. |

Do you have a good shot of the logo on the side of the English shorts? Is it the CG logo (lion with England beneath, which I guess it is), or something else?
Also, should I put the Northern Irish CGC on their jersey, or delete the words "Commonwealth Games" and the flames to make it more generic? I already omitted the words "Delhi 2010" from the Scottish jersey.
EDIT: Nevermind for the picture; I can see now that it's the lion logo with a white border. If I should unexpectedly be wrong, let me know.

Having an idea today, I also made a new jersey for the Shetlands, combining designs from the English and Scots jerseys:
If you want me to, I can also make some jerseys along these lines for Guernsey, Jersey and Gibraltar. |

The Jersey jersey  is done.
But now this mighty island (with a whomping 2 cycling clubs, Velo Sport Jersey & Caesarian Cycling Club - the things you find out when researching) clearly has to play a significant role in your DB, to justify the amount of work put in the jersey.

Nah, the Commonwealth Games is in there as a HC equivalent race - the World Championships have already been 'replaced' by the British Championships.
But, I am looking for some sort of jersey to use as a replacement for the ProTour leaders jersey - so a Commonwealth Champion style jersey would fit nicely for that, if you fancy making it.
