practical example: in my career i finished the tdf already and for the next season of the career i would like to skip that race at all ... in which database i would have to delete it then - in the career database directly or the PCMdailyExpansionPackPublicBeta2010Champions.cdb? |

In the "career database" (what I'd call your save game). PCMdailyExpansionPackPublicBeta2010Champions.cdb is only used when you create your career. After that, all changes regarding your career have to be done in the "career database". |

After I installed the new patch 1.0.2.0, PCM asked if I want to upgrade the game. What should I do? Do I need to update the game after I installed 1.0.2.0? |

Not yet. That's just why the patch 1.0.2.0 is a beta patch ... so the game doesn't detect, that this version is step forward compared to patch 1.0.1.8. |

I like to create a BD with myself and mates in until about 3 months after release then start a real career as the game is a bit of a dog - love it though. I think if we did not have all the crashes we would not have such a good PCM community. |

i've lost some of the mini flags (i'm sure for Algeria), i've lost the music and also the (mass) crash with abandoning riders and when going tru mountain and sprints i no more hear "there's a change at the top of the sprinters table. Things are very tight at the top". Can sb help me :? |

I have read that the sprint "bug" where the riders are unable to follow in the last 3km where fixed. I can´t follow after 3km after installing patch 1.0.2.0. Do I need to start a new season? |

I also was experiencing the "can't sprint follow within 3k"; however, I got impatient waiting for patch 1.0.2.0 and decided to re-install from beginning to see if that fixed the problem, and it did. I did the following:
1) Renamed my PCM2010 My docs folder, so I wouldn't loose my current career
2) Un-installed PCM2010
3) Installed PCM 2010
4) Installed Patch 1.0.1.6
5) Installed Patch 1.0.1.8 (skipped 1.0.1.7 this time)
6) Installed PCMDaily DB
7) Replaced PCM2010 My docs folder with my saved copy (from #1 above)
I haven't yet installed the 1.0.2.0 patch, but the "sprint follow" bug was resolved. I think it was caused from installing 1.0.1.7 in combination with .6 and/or .8.
I can't promise this will resolve it for you, but it did for me.

Hey Guys
I just got the downloaded version of the game. It works fine if i use the wrong name db ( the one you start with )
But when i download any other db and use it, it crashes everytime i press any race description.
I installed 1.0.1.8 and then 1.0.2.0
If i use the db u start with now, it works fine. But if i use any other db it crashes.. Can someone help me i am completely lost ?
i am downloading PCMdailyExpansionPack.7z. i dont know why but it seems like the right thing to do. can anyone help me ? |

The Local.cdb is overwritten when installing the patch. You need to replace the Local.cdb with the one that came with whatever DB you're playing with. |

Will they make more stages in one of the patches? Extremely boring to ride the same stages year after year, especially with cobs in the tour de france. |
