Armstrong's day was as if he was riding Rainbow Road in Mario Kart. It was that bad.
Yep, with no bullet power-up to get him back into the group of GC contendors.

Gerrans is out with a broken arm.
Just had a scan that confirmed what I feared, I broke my arm when I crashed after 7km of yesterdays stage. My 2010 TdF is finished.

What a shame! There's been way too many injuries so far in this tour! |

Cavendish - a race to the bottom of Avoriaz, with the team buses taking the riders back up |

Best rider: Andy Schleck (obvious), Ryder H (doing well to be fair and not expected) & Sam San G (thought he would suffer more on the cobbles and climbed well yesterday, just hope for him to attack on the downhill tomorrow)
Best stage: Yesterday - Armstrong getting dropped
Best team: Quickstep (pretty obvious)
Worst rider: Wiggins and Kloden have disappointed me.
Worst stage: Prologue - Always boring YAWN
Worst team: FDJ. Expected them to be in breaks more often and le mevel does look as good. To me footon have done ok as I was expecting nothing off them
Bonus awards!
Most boring team: Radioshack. Boring!
Stupid decision of the week: To have a prologue as I think it is better to just have a normal stage then the jersey swaps for the first few stages or bring back bonus seconds so sprinters can wear the yellow jersey!! |

I agree here, a pure downhill TT (like the Plan de Corones, but down it, rather than up it)
I reckon that that would be a fun TT |

Specially if it's rainy. It'd be a crash festival. |
