Now with this done, there a quite a few races where i don't have a real 'captain'. But i'm waiting for Corsica and Trentino where The Cobra will make his debut, be aware!

He would be a great leadout-man, but next season he will be a consistant top 5-10 sprinter I reckon. This season is too early though.
not yet, he will need still one more season to reach his top...hope he´ll achieve some remarkable results though
Well that he isn't maxed out yet doesn't mean that he won't be consistant next year
Will he be 79 or 80 sprint? And with and AVR of 76 or so he should be pretty consistent in the CT, if he is placed in the right races.
nope, he will have same stats next season
Hmm, he is grocely misused then :-/
I didn´t find any PT team for this season...but if all will go smoothly, he could be maxed out after next season
I'm sure we could arrange a learning trip to Wiggle for a season Maybe in exchange for a similar sprinter...
sounds good for me

But no one likes SotD, so you wouldn't want to do that. I have at least a cat as a friend.

Very interesting race, the only TTT in a HC race and I think that and the first stage split largely decided the destiny of the race.
Mercedes, Pendletons and UBS continue to go well. Pendletons and Mercedes have had a really great start to the season. Much needed boost for Lego who probably will end up with the biggest boost from the Med. Tour. Petronas continue to plug away with little results here and there.
Tinkoff will have racked up some points before the last day so not so bad from them and Bacardi coming on strong at the end giving the newer teams some shine. Something for deadpool to cheer also though a slightly disappointing race for them.
However other teams will surely be disappointed with a barren tour. I guess its Pro Tour time now! [Oh and a little crit in Turkey] |

I think that we didn't score a single point Despite that, it wasn't a negative tour |

I think i've sent to Mediterranean the weakest roster I had. A TTT is a huge setback in our aspirations.
But Craven,Eisel,Mwangi and Avermaet will definately show up in the next ones |

Rankings
Individual
Victory for Monfort lifts him to 3rd in the standings, continuing his strong start to the season in HC races. Taking a stage win also helped Schumacher to move into 10th place, with Romain Feillu up to 12th and Calzati rising to 17th. The highest placed rider to place their scoring debut here is Matt Goss, in 21st. 285 riders have now scored ranking points already this season.

Teams
Sl Benfica did ride here, and they retain their rankings lead. Not that riding helped much, they didnt score any points. The absent Wiggle remain 2nd, but are now only just ahead of 3rd placed Petronas.
Positions 5-8 are now held by teams who scored well here: Pendletons, UBS, Mercedes and Lego; while IKEA fall to 9th after a dissapointing performance.
The races top scorers were:
1 | Team LEGO | 275 | 2 | Mercedes-Benz | 247 | 3 | Bacardi - Colt | 233 | 4 | Tinkoff Credit Systems - Rosneft | 200 | 5 | Pendleton's Twicer | 178 |

Not bad to be tied with 100% ME, although I think I've used up around twice as many race days as them. |

Have El Al not been in 35 days I think they were in San Luis as well?
Pendletons, UBS, Wiggle, Mercedes have had a great start to the season. Though I beleive LEGO, Ikea, Santander,Vespa and 100% Me are about to come into there own methinks.
Sport Lisboa still remain a team that wish for mountains (Van Der Broeck notwithstanding) then again Mt Hood and Langkawi coming up to reinforce their lead . |

I think you both don't see where Wiggle is going Pro Tour all the way.

Yeah, my season was stacked heavy to the early part, which doesn't seem to be turning out as well as I'd hoped. That said, a lot of my problems have been sheer bad luck (getting caught out on stage 1 of Meditteraneen, or Konovalovas crashing at Wellington). |

Youve had good luck aswell though, Rast in Bloemfontein, Sicard in Wellington - Meditterraneen was always going to be a struggle for you though, with a team losing over a minute in the TTT.
