CRAVEN, WE LOVE YOU !
I just hope that now Sicard doesn't contest the sprint in the final stage and that Craven manages to stay on his bike

fantastic stage for Bimbo-Nutella team, stage win, overall win and points jersey...congrats to their manager pangare
I can´t be unhappy though, 2nd overall just one second behind leader and 3 stage wins mean absolutely amazing race for my team!

Overall Win,2 stage wins and Points jersey for us in our first race ever is way more than we could imagine
Congrats to Pokerstars too who completely dominated the sprints and Wiggle had really bad luck during the race. |

Pretty shit race, but considering it was my weakest line up, can't complain with a 5th GC.

A stage for Stannard, but Swift very dissapointing. And Froome would have been in the Top 5 GC without the crash, although at least he did win something with the KoM jersey.

Rankings
Individual
Jonathan Bellis won the hilly stage, and has retaken the lead in the continental standings. The rest of the Top 10 were absent here, but up to 11th and 12th are Sicard and Craven. Craven may have won the race, but Sicard scored marginally more points, his first indication of what is to come in future seasons of the game.
Some more points keeps Bertagnolli up there, with Clement and even the crash affected Froome moving into the Top 25.

Team
Red Bull maintain their lead, as 100% Me cross the 500 point mark to go 2nd, and Wiggle climb to 4th. Cillit Bang and El Al return to the Top 10, while Petronas also move up a couple of spots.
The top scorers of the race where the team making their season debut, Dan Craven leading Bimbo to 209 points. But with 3 stage wins, Pokerstars were not too far behind with 191. Bimbo's scoring debut also means that every team is off the mark this season.

My congratulations to you pangere and Beagle. Certainly a fantastic race for both teams, greedily snatching up 5 stages and the top 2 places.
Wiggle continue to make a move up the classification with several high GC places, but it could have been better I guess, similar story for 100% Me.
Telenor - ouch really tough luck, nice to see Sabatini sprint okay in last oppurtunity been consistent all week. |
