Bellis takes enough points (198) to put the Bloemfontein dissapointment behind him and take over the lead, while Bertagnolli also recovers from being unable to even make the Top 100 in defending his title, to jumping up to 3rd. The combined tallys from both races see Rast and Roche into the Top 10, while Haedo, Roux, and Richeze are there from their efforts here (Although Roux did score 5 pts in South Africa).

Teams
JJ Haedo helps Mercedes-Benz to retain their lead on top of the team standings, although Wiggle did manage to close the gap by a solitary point. UBS and Cillit Bang are up to 3rd and 4th. El Al and 100% Me scored well but fall to 5th and 6th, while Petronas were boosted by Croket's win to climb up to 7th.
Bacardi-Colt and Pokerstars.com both took their first ever ranking points, having been unable to in Bloemfontein, while IKEA Bianchi made it a scoring debut to the season. Team Telenor-SAS will have to wait however, for their first points.

wow, very nice last 2 stages for my team! Jelle Wallays showed his fighting spirit in long break in penultimate stage, while Marco Brus reached our first podium in the season and nice (and unexpected) 15th overall...and I think my team even won team classification in last stage  only huge disappointment was Niki Terpstra, his fall in stage 4 was only remarkable moment during whole race, hope he´ll improve his results in upcoming races...
now I can´t wait for Down Under Classic, where my team leader Erik Mohs starts his season...

Great race for UBS, Cillit Bang and Mercedes it would seem. Not bad for Wiggle, Petronas, Bacardi and El Al either.
Got to feel sorry for Team Telenor SAS however!

Actually, i'm going to say, great race for me aswell, as i didn't expect ANYTHING at all with this team. But Bagdonas did extremely well. If you see where he ended with the other competition. Good thing he got all intermediates in the first stage, so he would battle in the GC in stage 3 . And i think Wiggle and especially El Al have gone above there expectations aswell.

Wiggle definately did. It surprised me to see Hermans as number 1 in the race (so the AI thought he'd win) so I was rather happy with how Bertagnolli has performed. A very nice few points added in go a long way towards helping me achieve an important goal.
