Interesting choice you have there beagle - good cobblers seem to be a bit thin on the ground. With a bit of money on training Kluge could be a real ace (with strong other stats) in this department.
TTers though whilst more plentiful seem to be highly sought after by Protour squads for team tests amongst others things. Any it gives pretty reliable results to have a good TTer as you know with Clement.

Id also probably make him a TTer, makes him well suited to a number of CT Stage Races - and for PT, theres always a few TTTs around. Plus as has been said, he will continue to be a useful lead out style rider.

does it mean I can choose on my own, how he´ll develop when he reach final level?
Yes, you choose the categories. A few teams did theirs last week, but I was waiting for the list of how many Crits each rider has done from Deadpool, which I got yesterday, so it will be soon

I have Jonathan Castroviejo, that I can't seem to figure out how to train. He could be a decent small tour rider, but he would never win anything with those stats anyway... How would you train a guy like that?

Depends if youre thinking all round, that may be of use to CT, maybe not - depends what he ends up as. Or if youre just thinking along the lines of moulding into a PT domestique.

Well he should be in my team for years to come. Or that was the plan... I can't seem to figure out how I can make a good rider of him.

Well the simple way is to see what his best stat is, and take the training plan most suited to that stat

How does the team training work in the man-game? |

If you mean in terms of race days leading to xp and stat increases, itll be explained when I PM you with the list of riders getting increases
In terms of the training feature, you 'buy' it

@mb... I was looking at that alternative aswell, but I just think there are so many riders at that level... But perhaps most of them are in the CT, or Castroviejo could be a good sales-object based on those numbers... I'll probably go with that.

With domestiques, it doesnt really how many similar riders there are to them - theyre not there to score more than finishing the race, bar maybe the odd breakaway - theyre there to help your leaders as much as possible

True, but a rider like Castroviejo could potentially finish top 25 Tour de France/Vuelta or be trained to finish top 20 in some hilly classics... If I had a chance of training him to do something like that he could score somewhat 180-220points in a good season. That could be the difference between ending in 3rd or 5th place this season

I just found out there are no XPs for CT races at his level...so he´ll just gain some points for Crit Series (probably 12) and for PT race
btw how many points Kluge will gain for FBD Éire Tour, where he crashed in stage 1 and was forced to abandon? 1 or 8?

That was why so many people loaned out their best riders (Eg. mb who loaned out both Tenorio and Madrazo, eventhough they could probably have helped him promote)...
