First stage will be a road stage, and stage 2 will be a 22km TTT

Stop it.
Saxo Bank are ending sponsorship, no body said "Oh Denmark's rejected saxo bank"
It's not over, don't worry.

South-African sprinter Nolan Hoffmann confessed he used doping after his positive test on 18 October 2009. And because of that Neotel withdraws their sponsoring. |

However, it has been a tough couple of years searching for sponsorship, and Riise himself seems to suggest it is getting more difficult.
I just think a few "fan" emails to Danish companies from Danes could help.
times are tough, for all teams. I don't think Saxo will have that much issue finding a new title sponsor.

Quoting Riis here. I doubt, though, that he'd be willing to be a Francaise des Jeux-like team. |

It seems that the UCI finally accepted Xacobeo and Androni Giocattoli as Pro Continental teams, that was kind of obvious. The rejected Rock racing though. Better luck next time
Oh, and RadioShack will be in Calp, in the region where I live for a while. Luckily, without Armstrong. I'd like to know what Calp has to attract that nuber of teams. |

Thing is though, if a bank dont have the money to sponsor Riis Cycling A/S, not a damn lot of companies in Denmark does. The best Riis can hope for is a split deal with two lesser companies and then he will have to accept some roster cutbacks.

No one has said that it has to be a Danish company. |

Anyway, on the subject of the Pro Continental teams, I guess that there's still no news on Lampre? |

Lego have never been big in the sponsoring business. Vestas is not that financially stable as you may think. Carlsberg could do it in theory. But they might be too busy with all this football stuff...

Menchov said during the team presentation that he won't ride the giro. He will focus purely on the TdF this year.

No sign of it on any UCI lists at all.
But i'm saying it's ProTour, their website suggests it, they're in the TDU. All fingers point towards it.
But it's strange...

Futon-whatever have gone mad, surely. For their presentation sunday they've made an artsy film about a bank robbery or whatever. No idea what that has to do with cycling.
They also asked some well known spanish artist to design their jersey. Meh.

For a long time I've speculated that it's due to drug enhancements that Futon-Whatever are insane, but I can't prove it. People won't let me in their house when I tell them it's for a urine sample, no idea why. People are so un-trusting these days.

There's a small picture of their jersey in the 2010 thread. It's quite weird. |
