Are you sure thats ISDs? Rujano has been riding Tachira for a Venezuelan team
Many south american countries mandate that their national champion shirts should be the exact same as their national team's shirt (plus sponsors on top) as opposed to most federations who only give rough guidelines as to how the jersey is allowed to be.
Venezuela is one such. As such, the ISD jersey will be exactly the same but with ISD's sponsors on it

I'm pretty sure that requesting certain packs won't really be to much use. They will be posted whenever someone has motivation to make that particular package.
Not really requesting, just interested if Veloman or Will plan on making a pack for Saxo? The one in the db is all right, but seems a bit rushed and inaccurate, with the exception of Will's.

Has an accurate version of the Russian Champ Katusha jersey (far left) been made? The 3 in the Shirts database use the default russian jersey design, whereas the actual one is more like a recolouring of the actual Katusha jersey
