Stijn de Hond:
I like to ride the Ronde van Vlaanderen, Omloop het Nieuwsblad and E3 prijs.
I would like a career story, however in that case you should do something about the team and the stats of the team:
You mentioned you wanted to concentrate on stage races, however the two best riders of the team are cobbled specialist.
Stage races often consist out of a lot of flat stages and only few or sometimes no mountain stages. However there is only one sprinter in the team (you can't bring him to every stage race), who is also not that good. We do have 6 riders that probably belong to the top 50 best climbers in the database, but 4 of them have 'trouble' getting up a hill.
So if you do a career you should even out the team and the riders stats a bit more.
And if you're doing a career without any cobbled race you can turn me into a sprinter.
If you don't do a career, but only single races all this doesn't matter that much in my opinion. Either way it's your call. Good luck with the story. |

The Roster is full (...) And, sadly, but as a team manager I should decide, who will be in team and who will not, as you placed too many riders. I think the Team will concentrate on stage races, so we will want there climbers and stageracers preferably.

Nope. I am very busy on my job and as we decided to make story with career, it takes much time for doing it into the first race

The first race that the new Amica Chips team took part in was Australian Road Race Championships. We sent three people in Australian Buninyoung. It was our mechanic, massager and the only Cyclone in our team Sean Lines, 19-years old climber. The first race was time-trial, where we didn't expect good results from Sean. All bets were on Cadel Evans and Michael Rogers.
40-km road was very tough for our young hope, so when he passed first check-point with only 1 minute from Evans, it was surprise for us. Second point and just one and a half of a minute!
Sean Lines on the road
"He could make it in top-ten? No! That's can't be!" - said mechanic in team car. And he was right. Too strong middle part of the distance... and Sean finishes only 30th with 3 minutes gap from the winner, Cadel Evans.
Evans gets kisses

Cyclones? You mean cyclists.
This is a cyclone:

Look on Australian national team jerseys. There is "Cyclones" on their back.
When I write "Cyclone" I mean "Australian rider" if you didn't got it
