RIP Having a partner die can't be pleasant, but there were other options than taking your own life.
RIP Dimitri.

I said Partner, but you know what i mean. Collegue, partner same difference.

The problem being that he and Galvez crashed into each other. So he feels responsible.
In more bad news, Contador is now fooling gullible fans and media into thinking he has any connection whatsoever to clean cycling by insisting thast he have a clause in his contract releasing him if anyone on the team tests positive.
And in further bad news, Valverde's CAS appeal was AGAIN delayed. No date has been set.
F***ING F***.....

A) Yay for clean sport.. wait.. uhh so the main rider fans think is taking drugs wants to be seen as clean.
b) sigh, what a set back, again! If it carries through to next season, it would be a disaster

So my feeling that Valverde may be cleared is slowly becoming truth.
And about Contador, I don't know what has exactly said, but as you wrote it, it seems reasonable to me. If a team mate tests positive, what prevents him of testing positive too? It's logical that he wants to prevent such a thing. |

You misunderstand. It's obvious that's what he's thinking. The problem is that the media is dressing it up as "Contador is strongly against doping"

That's the mission of the media isn't it?
Anyway, that information will fool only the fools. They even leave a hint:
"He'd like to reach the same efficience which Lance Armostrong has been showing for several years in US Postal, Discovery and finally in Astana."
Everybody knows what does that mean.

I'm not that sure. Valverde hasn't been caught, he still might be cleared. |

well the evidence is stacking against him. If it weren't for the spanish cycling bond(or whatever its name is) he probably already have been suspended. The only needed to compare the bloodbags. With they did with most of the forgein riders. and he's been rumored in many other doping cases.
Personnaly i hope he gets banned, his type of riders give cycling a bad name.
Now i remember that Contador was a client of fuentes. he was not sanctioned because he was a crown witness. Yet he admitted (according to several newspapers ) to be client of fuentes. I personnaly think he should have been banned too

I agree. The constant delays of the Valverde's case make me think that he might be cleared though. He's also very confident that he'll be riding the next season, so until I see the ban really approved, I wouldn't take it for granted.
About AC, he should have been banned because of his involvement in the OP, but he wasn't. The OP is virtually (except for Valverde) closed, so AC has avoided the ban for now. |

So, will Vino ride for him, or against him?

Vino has said very clearly that he wants Contador to stay, and that he will ride for Conta. |
