This weekend it's the Koppenberg cross. Let's hope for some muddy circumstances

Just watched round 2 of the world cup, was all very good up until 5 laps to go.
Oh and the final lap between the 3 chasers was good too

An english feed is very unlikely i'm afraid.

What a shame, still to see a real hard cross this year, except Namur maybe..

Sven Nys! King of Koppenbergcross. Albert second. Albert showed some brilliant downhill skills in the last part of the race. Nice race!

Best race of the season with 7 rides battling for the win with 1 lap to go. I really enjoyed this one.

Nah, Nys is technically much better.(still)
But yeah, good race. The hard wind killed the speed each lap over and over again so riders had the chance to get back up front, and even Aernouts was able to attack twice. It didn't lead to much, but at least he tried his best shot.
Albert was unlucky though to have to ride up again from all the way back after being stuck in the boarding... I think that took too much from him to be able to follow Nys in his last exploding lap.
Good race by Mourey too.
Now Nys and Albert have equal points in the GVA. You bet Nys will be fighting for this one hard, now his chances for the World Cup are close to zero.
