located the Mallorca 8/2 and Boucles Artois 3/4 errors after some intensive searching. Cause: the stages had a wrong number.
Odder and Warrbambool : no problem at all, these work fine, problem is at your end. Just check if you have the stages 2009_cont_12_warrnambool.xml and 2009_cont_13_odderck.xml installed in your CM_stages folder. If not then you failed to install the fix.
Anyway, since it's not a problem I will add these stages again to a mini-package later this evening, containing a database that fixed the Mallorca and Artoise problem and these stages then. |

Great database, i'm been waiting for a propper db with all the small races.
I just have a small question. I played the australian championship, and the riders from the small teams haven't got any equipment, making their bikes purple . Is this due to not having added equipment for all the teams? Because then i'll just wait patiently for a future fix.
It also seems that I have lost the head for my custom team, the rider stops at the neck so to speak . Has anyone else experienced this? |

Could you perhaps tell what changes you made in the db about the Mallorca and Artoise crashes?

erm...read up ?
@Niels_h: you probably failed to install the equipment somehow. Problem is at your end for sure.

My question was, which numbers were wrong and which are the right ones.

in Artois stage 2 was numbered 5 or so instead as 2 and the Mallorca ones had still their 2, 3, 4, 5 stagenumber instead of 1. |

final fixes:
https://www.filefr...xes-2.rar/ (63 Mb)
takes care of a bug in Mallorca and Boucles Artois, also adds tons of riderspictures that failed to make it to the basic packages, as well contains some stage-files on special request.
Enjoy your careers.

No, it did not fix them, my game still crashes on the 8th of February. So, something is still wrong with the Mallorca race.

no, something wrong deep inside the database, i just found out.
took some wrong advice in the attempt to make more teams enter races, what resulted in overbooking: too many teams starting for the AI to handle.
fixed now, this should take care of the last remaining bug. renewed the last fix, that link has the correct database in it.
if not: pity, had enough of it for a few days. |

Ha, I'll give it a shot, thanks for all your work. This is a great db despite the bugs
Edit: Still isn't fixed

Am I wrong or we should take only ppdb_v2_final_9b.cdb?

Yeah that's the one to use, but it still crashed on the 08/02 in career for me. Seems as though all the races work fine, there's just something wrong in career mode. Which has something to do with Trofeo Mallorca.

I played (not simmed) a career over 8/2 last night with Valenciane, incl. playing that Mallorca stage. So there is nothing wrong. Maybe you forgot to ativate the new database in your settings (what would be a logical thing, happenend several times to me and left me stunned when changed things didnt appear ) |

My bad could have sworn I copy/pasted the damn folder into the main game. Sorry ´bout that plakkernl. Thanks for the quick fix though |

Are you sure you started a new career? |

Haha I'm pretty positive. I've started about 8 new careers, and they've all done this, with each and every release, including the most recent update.

Indeed, what Crue says. That's also a mistake that easily made by many.
You have to start a new career to activate changes in databases. |

Well, I'm just going to delete all of it and redownload it in succession, because I've started a new career each time a fix for the bugs was released, and then give it one last go. if it doesn't work I might end up just deleting that race in the full editor and seeing what that does.

You made me doubt so again started a career, simmed up to 8/2, in the meanwhile applied for an inscription with Valenciana and next it again ran smooth here.
What team where you using? I can't stand this, has to be a logical explanation |

Logical explanation found, when I downloaded the last fix pack after unzipping the rar file there was no ppdb_v2_final_9b when I downloaded it this time, it had that, for some reason the second time I downloaded the second fixes pack the folder contained the same files as the first time. Third time was a charm though, and it did contain that final database, I just now did the sim, and it worked, tried it once more and actually went through the stage, playing it, and that worked fine as well. Seems all is well and this is a fantastic database. I'm sorry to have been such a thorn in your side the past day.
Thanks for an excellent db.
