Damn, that wasn't ideal. Tao the man to attack early on the final climb and Majka sits up and is then isolated behind the group of favourites and eventually loses over 3 minutes. On the other hand, another great result for Geoghegan Hart, white jersey looks pretty secure for now.

Herrada lost a lost of places on those last few hundred meters, undoubtley the crash hindered him there. Glad he still performed ok and is still close to Nibs in the GC. Very unfortunate with Majka but it looks like TGV is well on the way.
Would have been cool to win the TTT, also too bad that Pulido is out of the U25 contention Too bad about this time loss.
Thanks bikex

Maybe the crash played a role, too. But as soon as I saw Hart attack I knew this could be trouble, he's too high up in the GC, equal on time with Majka, to let him get away. And so everybody countered the attack except for Majka. And then Hart initiated the next attack, too, just to make it even harder for his captain. Obviously, the ds wasn't too pleased. Having said that, we are a British team and it's great that Thomas and Tao are both riding really well.

britain s7-8 and paix s4-6 posted
VDP with a great comeback on stage 6, large gap to the leaders after the last hill and then just attacked in the flat to drop his companions and get a great gc result and secure the white jersey. finally a good performance by him in this season!

Britain and Paix both great for KBC no stage wins but Ciolek in Britain and Henao in Paix were always with the top guys and finished strong in the GC plus Ciolek takes points jersey in Britain. 3rd in the world tour Paix was an awesome result for Henao albeit benefitting from Quintana's misfortune.
Thanks for the reports.

Hardy lost his top 10 position with a crash on the final stage, but Valgren was 7th and Hardy won a stage, so a nice home tour for us.
In the WT Fuglsang was injured, lost only more time, finished 42nd, we were 15th in the teams ranking, clearly our worst result of the season. But Stannard saved the day with his 2nd place in the KOM ranking, so it wasn't a total loss.

Nothing of note happened in the last 2 stages of Britain, 3rd is pretty good from Villella. He also took 8th in Paix, which I would have taken beforehand but it's a bit disappointing in the end, as he was 3rd after 3 stages and there were only hilly and flat stages left at that point. So dropping 5 places with a guy that consistently top10ed in the Ardennes isn't optimal.
Thanks for the results Shonak!

Incredible performance from Dombrowski in Paix! Second in two sprints and 2nd in the GC, plus 4th in the Points. That is a lot better than what I was expecting
A little ground lost in the Vuelta with the TTT and then on Stage 9. Meiejrs is still doing fine but Parra has been underwhelming so far.

Lost ground in the GC but Matthews continues his consistent performances in the sprints.

Majka attacks on stage 10, much better. Up to 6th in the GC, podium is still possible. Tao Hart 7th, really good race, distanced Kudus again. But what's happening on the additional screenshot for stage 12? Did these top 10 riders attack on a flat stage?

Vuelta - Zabel with a very welcome stage win after Chevrier had a shocker on stage 9 loosing over 6 mins.
Paix - Consistent sprinting from Cav to get the Points Classification
Thanks for the reporting chaps and the video where I could see Chevrier out of position on the narrow entry to the last climb, he never recovered.

Shit shit shit Quintana crashing in my focus race and Kelderman (is he injured?) severely underperforming at the Vuelta. This is looking worse than I hoped for.

The Vuelta is quite uneventful so far for us. Domont is doing well in 10th but we really need to start joining breaks, if we want to get some good points out of this. Unfortunately both Lang and Cattaneo seem to be injured, as they are both outside the top 100 in gc, which is not optimal for two riders with >= 75 MO. But they still have time to do crazy things like in the Tour.
Thanks for the reults Bikex!

On a sidenote, too bad that commenting activity has significantly reduced. Last season's thread had 3x more responses.

I think the problem over the last couple of weeks was that man-game went on a rampage, so that I hardly could keep up with ICL...

It is a little disheartening, but I'm still having fun.
Another fine victory for De Gendt, he'll be sorely missed. Decent result for Dibben in Richmond, Fritsch is doing ok in Avenir, but the final two stages are really tough.
