Croatia who is the DB Team leader with Lofkvist has been delayed, so once he's back on things properly then we can complete the update. I'm optimistic that it will be soon but as always we can't give a set date but will keep all informed. I'm as anxious as all of you that the update comes out asap. Thanks for your patience.

Olifardh is partly right BUT there have been some changes in TT after the Worlds TT for about half a dozen riders. Also for the RR there were only a few like putting both Pederson and Kung for example more on par with Trentin for flat and res. For example both Trentin and Kung are a bit better on flat than Pederson but where Pederson really shines is his STA it was not only the Worlds but also Flanders from 2 seasons ago. I've also tried to differentiate as much as possible Pederson, Stuyven, Theuns and Degenkolb with their stats as they will be the three leaders for classics next season and may well be the team to watch next spring.
Trentin is a great rider but has one big achilles heel and that is his STA, not only was yesterday a good example of this but also MSR a race that he is very much designed for but his current STA of 76 I think reflects this. Also the only other notable change will be GVA and his STA as this doesn't seem to be as good as it was a few years ago and has lacked something over the last few seasons over long hard races.
As for VDP he is already proven himself and his high stats, he just popped completely yesterday and this can happen to any rider really, so certainly there will be no downgrade there.
Any comments please post for these riders or others.
There are a few riders I'm having problems with and would like suggestions.
Teuns best 74/80 or 75/80 or even 75/79? he's becoming a mtn rider that can win stages but is a bit inconsistent.
Armirail I inherited his stats which were low and don't really know him that well BUT was impressed with him in a few breakaways at the Vuelta where he was one of the strongest, so what type of rider is he?
Hofstede Clearly a strong dom to be selected for the Vuelta team and current stats are too low, some suggestions as well

Sorry for the late reply Aizak but have been super busy for a few days. Teuns will either be 75/80 or 75/79 as I noticed for example that Ulissi was also 74/80 and Teuns is the better climber, but Ulissi is probably the better hill man this season as seen at Fleche so Teuns could be either of these two stats. That could also work for Armirail as I noticed too that he is a decent TT rider as well. Gidich stats look ok as they are but have only seen today's stage of Croatia. I take it that the stage he won was a sprint? and his stats could be:
72 mtn 71 hill 73 flat 72 sprint 73 acc and 75 res. But as I don't know him that well any suggestion would be good.

I would love that either. But I think that it costs a lot of extra effort for the members who are working on this, creating new sponsor shirts etc, re-naming teams, transferring riders.
I am also eagerly waiting for the database. But demanding it as soon as possible is not what we should need to do. I expect most of the member of the team have work, and when your 40-hours a week on the job (especially a desk-job). You don't really want to be behind a computer in the evening anymore.
I believe and hope a lot of people are looking forward to this database in the end. But as I said we should need to keep our calm. |

I didn't want a complete 2020 update, just the rider transfers.
But i agree with you, that means more work for the team.
I would be glad if the last update appears and all the described bugs would be fixed, especially the season planner bug, which makes a long-term save impossible.
I've been waiting eagerly since this year's Tour de France and from day to day waiting is more hard. :-)
That should not be a reproach to the patchmakers, even on the contrary, I hope the guys are still motivated to roll out the update soon.
Nevertheless, a short update of the team would be nice... |

Will the final update come out someday ?
If so, when about?
I intend to start a league with this database so I would like to be informed.
If it's canceled, I understand, no worries, but warn, it would be good to know.
If it's still planned then please give a date, even approximate.
Thank you in advance for your reply and thank you again for all your work.
An update of the notes of end of season, and the routes of 2019 without problems will suffice to my happiness.
No need to plan something too complete, I think everyone here prefers to see the final update go out rather than cancel because there was too much work to do.
