Two questions:
1) FA bidding: How does it work?
2) If people put some riders on the WAIT list: How long will they stay there? / When can another manager place FA bids on them?
Very good questions, I'm glad you posted them here
1) Similar to most other games. Start bidding, if no one outbids you for a while, the rider is yours. More info to follow when we get there.
2) They will be on their until about halfway the transfer season (I will give some notice). If they're not renewed by then, they'll become Free Agents and follow the FA rules.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Two weeks is too long I'm afraid, could you find a friend (can be another manager) to take over for the renewals? You'll be able to rejoin us at the transfer season.

I can make a PRE-renewal table for him if he wants ... |

Another quick question about the Draft and Free Agency. Will we just be able to Draft any rider not already on a team in the 2013 season (and Drapac) and the FA will also be all un-renewed riders?

I assume I'd have to post my renewal list beforehand?
(All better riders will be renewed but only some of the lesser riders are subject to leave. And I try to figure out how many of them can go. The max. 5 FAs make it difficult to decide...)

Can I pretend I'm Valverde and knockout has to rub my feet?

Unrenewed can go in the draft as well, if you really want a rider that was just released. I just don't think there will be a lot of interest in the riders deemed unworthy

Hm, already starting with petty negotiations: Sounds to Valverde like his manager does not really want to keep Valverde.
