Drucker to BMC
https://www.cyclin...ns-for-bmc
Really interesting transfer this one. He has some talent, clearly but isn't the top class of rider BMC usually go for. Still he will make a great domestique in the classics.
But I'll support him if only because he did that interview on this website

I hope this happens. They were going for Boasson Hagen too but he declined.

There's no way MTN could afford him, I'm sure of it. Bos on the other hand would be interesting.

His agent confirmed it last week i would think it was around half his salary tho.

As much as I wanted Betancur to stay on Ag2R (its an awesome team!), I doubt he will stay... it doesnt seem like Lavenu and Betancur are best friends and I think Betancur has said he wants a new team. I dont hope its Omega, but a more GC-orientented team |

Amazing contract for Jempy, to be signed with BMC, that is a deal of his life for him, and even on multi year contract, guanratees himself a bright future.
It's going suck with 22 rider teams in 2017.... Unlesss there will be more teams, so many riders will struggle to find a spot, this is why I think Jempy made amazing deal here.

The big twitter announce from Tinkoff-Saxo was just a confirmation of Saxo Bank still being in the name |

Yes, unfortunately no new signings once again, disappointing Tinkoff-Saxo.

Apparently Gesink is linked to MTN as well.

I think that would be a right move for both sides and I would really like that to happen. Gesink clearly isn't a leader anymore in Belkin and he definitely needs that leadership, while on another side MTN lacks good climber (Meintjes and Pardilla, but they're still not top class).

I seriously doubt that, Gesink needs a stressless environment (for now) and being leader at MTN is quite te opposite

Would be a bad move indeed, Gesink is at his place in a Dutch team imo. |
