Gilbert is in top shape! A win and a 2nd place is fantastic while the rest of the team also performs good enough to grab some further points in Strade Bianchi
Well we have Moser/ Aru/ Lutsenko/ Nerz and Haller. All of those guys could 'potentially' become the best is their respective disciplines. We also have Tangert/ Guardini/ Boasson Hagen, all capable of improving vastly, even though they are solid riders already.
Not to bad but BMC has Mohoric, Dombrowski, Polanc, Craddock, Boswell, Anacona and Vorobyev while TVG and especially Phinney can also improve further.
A Big Thank You To All MG Reporters!

I'll give you Moser and Aru are going to be great. Lutsenko we'll see. Nerz solid, but not a future Contador or Ullrich. Haller, we'll see.
Mohoric, Bombrowski and Boswell all brillian. Polanc and Craddock very good. Anacona middling. Vorobyev, we'll see
Tangert, Guardini and EBH unlikely to make any serious increases.
TVG and Phinney unlikely to make any serious increases

Good stuff from those races, more than I expected. Gesink's 4th is a really strong showing from him.
Now for the stage races and flat classics, perfect for my team. Should be our best scoring period by far, and we already lie in fourth.
Edit: Any indications on Ludvigsson, Barguil and Meintjes?

Movistar obviously have Quintana, but I think our average age is decent as well. We're doing quite good this year, and I don't see us weakening much in the next few seasons.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Counting on a strong Nibali + nationality bonus for the next race so hopefully Nibali can bring home the bacon. Although he will probably end up 20th behind Rogers etc ....................
TMM: Fair. I said all that before I thought of Quintana. I reckon he will be twice as dominant as Joaquin Rodriquez has been unless something is done.
I hope you have a method of restricting the top riders growth or maybe add a decline for the best. Maybe the top ranking riders have a stats decline at the end of the season?
Otherwise it could get pretty boring and FAST. I am sure you don't want to see one rider, Quintana, win every race he enters in a few seasons time for 8 seasons..... |

Some good solid results for Sky there in hilly classics. In the big finish hill on Milan Torino in particular.
A little bit disappointed that some riders seemed to have been earmarked as maxed out - I thought that progression was going to be a little more random than that.

@Fdog - Nope
@Rider - Look at Quintana. Where can he go? But it's not so much limiting the top end as getting more riders to the top end and for that i have plans
@LLS - Yes but your squads sucked ass!
@Smowz - Mostly the older riders or those young riders already at/near the top or who have not developed over the past seasons (like EBH and Guardini who i mentioned)

Meanwhile at Katusha, we have got the best puncher, and I sure hope Majka and Kristoff can improve enough to give me something of a replacement , if this makes it more than 5 years, we will be terrible

Good Sibiu, Ok Sochi, terrible Azerbajan. Need a good hilly rider for next year, clearly.
Rankings still looking good though heading into probably our best period. Some teams like Quickstep and Astana badly misfiring.

Castroviejo!!!!! Yes! 2nd place!
Luis Leon Sanchez with 3rd is also awesome, and Kelderman 7th and 2nd in young riders!!!
Belkin dominating (by our standards). |
