I shall now present the second of my Riders.
Name: Kim Tan
Age: 21
Nationality: Japanese
Specialisation: Northern Classics
Bio:
At the young age of 8 scouts saw that the young Kim was built for sport and not for academics. His parents moved with him to Paris, France where it was hoped that he would become a Football/Soccer player. However because of his relatively large size and his lack of general running speed he was not very successful which left his parents bitterly disappointed. However, at the age of 12 he saw a Japanese rider in Paris-Nice on TV, this was the turning point of his young life. He started following cycling and enrolled in a youth academy where his potential was spotted very quickly but they saw that his technique would be better suited to the cobblestones of Roubaix so his parents then moved to the outskirts of Roubaix, where he learnt his craft in the Roubaix Cycling Academy. He quickly moved through the ranks and is loved by the cycling fans over in Japan. He hopes he can be picked up by a good team and has goals to follow in the footsteps of his hero Fabian Cancellara. Although he lives in France and is a French Resident he still rides as a Japanese and his Career Goals are to win Paris Roubaix, Win Ronde van Vlaanderen and become World Champion, but more importantly do his family and his country proud.

Yeah, but it wouldn't be fair to the guys I didn't allow to have changes earlier.
Your Trentino goal will be hard indeed. You should see how many stage race teams applied for it
But it might be possible, if you sign a good custom rider.

Yeah, Cervero would have been vaguely good if you allowed those changes, 80 hill and 78 sprint. |

Nah, i'm afraid you can't challenge TMM just yet.
@LLS I don't think you get my point: what i mean is that i'm the one with the Asian cobbles prodigy.
However, i could ask Jesleyh if Lue could be drafted in as a domestique for Lue?

@Dippo
We're interested of course, but I'm afraid we're full.
@Ollfardh What if Europcar promotes? Do we have to release 4 of our custom riders then?

Sounds like promotion will cause quite a stress then, since you will have to hire couple of new real riders. Hm. Don't really like the sound of that - just cutting off one or more guys that helped the team to promote. :/
Yeah, but it wouldn't be fair to the guys I didn't allow to have changes earlier.
Didn't he just forget to use some points by miscounting them? Why would it be unfair to other people if LLS invests all 175 points into his custom rider, like everybody else did?!

two things.
1. Jesleyh is a-part of Europcar not leader (although I'm more on the background I'll admit)
2. Lue a domestique for Lue? What?
