I have a problem moving from the 7th July 2010 seems the same as the 7th June bug,
I assume i could change the no.s in the game config table but i dont know what they represent.
Any help??

I have this problem..
Every time I click on a new player or scroll around the speed is set up to 8x for a sec, and then back. seriously annoying |

I can't seem to advance from 14/03/11 to 15/03/11 (last stage of Pari-Nice/ 5th stage of Tirreno-Adriatico). It won't advance either by clicking next day, or simulating past it, the game just crashes.
Could some kind soul please fix my save, or tell me how to do it myself. Thanks

I am using the v2.1, and so far I've only had the odd crash between days etc - nothing that couldn't be fixed.
Now I am in December on my 3rd season. I am planning the fitness schedules, and it constantly crashes when changing pages in the in-game menu. For example when I press the "team" button and so on. I don't have any problems advancing to a new day, but when I use certain menus, crashes happen. Any ideas? My SG is attached.

Quick question (I can answer in more detail if needed)
I was wondering if people were able to see stage profiles. All I get, instead of the profile of the stage, is a fraction of the picture used for selecting training camps in Europe. The game works perfectly, with all other textures loading fine, but the profiles of the stage don't display; instead, that fraction of the map.
Not sure if this is common, but I didn't read anywhere that the stage profiles aren't included.If they need to be hand-drawn, then that's not possible with all of the new races/stages, but if they are generated then having them would be great. Now, I'm flying blind as to parcours other than the "Flat", "Hilly" or "Mountain" icons used to describe the race.

P.S The image I see instead of the map is the one found here: Cyanide\Pro Cycling Manager - Season 2008\Gui\cartes\carte_j.dds

That problem usually only happens if you have an illegal version of the game.

Also, as far as I remember, the Daily DB for PCM08 has an enormous amount of bugs. You've been warned. |

Hey Crue,
I stumbled upon that thread just before I checked this one again, and it worked. I've gotten around most of the bugs so far (with forum searching and such) and simulating all TT's as they crash. No worries, I sim them anyways.
This is the PCMdaily 2009 (for PCM2008) DB / Add-on / Update, but I did use the the 2008 Daily DB and it had just as many issues. But it's such an expansion from the origianl that it makes if feel like a whole new game.
Legit copy: instaled from the disk media and everything. It worked fine with stock PCM08, but after layering the patch and this DB the terrains were gone. Anyways, thanks for helping me and my 6-year old laptop keep on managing. |
