All the bids you make can combined not be more than 120% of your remaining budget. |

Don't you think somebody could take that over any later? I would rather say on the front page or something that there is still the option of joining in if you take that team..
Otherwise it would be an advantage for all the teams having much money left, if now there would be some top riders on the market again, I think. Furthermore you could only do that in round 2.3 and as far as I understood it is not about signing free agents but transfers between teams (correct me if I'm wrong please)?
