Tour de San Luis - Preview
Farnese are the clear favorites, sending Mollema into battle.
Mollema will be challenged up hill by Poels of Androni.
None of the managers have sent a major sprinter, so those could be fairly open.
Colnago are ranked as the weakest team, but Battaglin can pack a punch.
RusVelo are low ranked as well, but with Markov the sprints could be theirs.
(i selected the non-managed teams, and may have gone ott on their power)

Movistar 3rd in the general points! Did not see that coming Given the strength of some of the squads going, Movistar definitely have to be the biggest surprise of the race given that both BMC and Orica were expected to do well.
Fantastic start to the season! long may it continue. |

Don't expect a brill result for Argos here. The real season will start when Degenkolb starts racing. |

Oh, well mine are 74/74 and 74/73, so it should be an even playing (or sprinting hehe ) Field |

Farnese have sent the teams best sprinter, Elia Favilli to San Luis (74/75) though with limited sprinting support, so it does look like a pretty even sprint field

some news:
done the CT GT
but due to the nature of the route, climbs, time etc it wont be made available for general use as it has not graphics, only roads and sprints.
quick idea of it, and major interest points:
Spoiler Grand Depart: Brno with 8km Prologue
3 flat stages
46.8kmTTT based around Vienna
2 flat stages
Summit finish
Mountains to Liechtenstein
Hills to Switzerland
Back-to-Back summit finishes
Another MT stage
Hills back to Austria
Flat stage(ish)
Grossglockner MTT
Summit finish
52.8km ITT round Salzburg
Flat stage
Cobbled Mountain (sort of)
Grand Finish: Zurich with a short flat stage
Thats: 8 flat stages, 2 hilly, 7 mountain, with 4 summit finishes.
79.2 flat individual tt km's, plus 18.4mtt and 46.8ttt, totaling 144.4 tt km's.
Feel free to ask any questions, but i'll try and keep most details secret until just before the race.

Right, my next 2-3 weeks are going to be very busy work wise
2 essays, a research report, a map, and a job application...
So i'm not sure how much PCM will get played... but i'll do my best
I may be calling help in, so if anyone has PCM12 and is willing to play a race or two can you PM me.
I'll still do San Luis (should be able to do 1 stage a day, so thats a finish at the weekend), so help for any of Oman, Calabria and Haut Var
