You can sign up to 6 custom riders as a Pro Conti team but your squad can have no more than 30 riders.

I dont think my squad is very large. Btw, an italian climber/tt type rider would be good. He doesnt have to be OP, preferably 19/20 yrs old.

I hate riders on demand almost as much as Ollfardh does 
If I make one, it won't be a climber anyway, already have a stage-racer.

I shall now present the second of my Riders.
Name: Kim Tan
Age: 21
Nationality: Japanese
Specialisation: Northern Classics
Bio:
At the young age of 8 scouts saw that the young Kim was built for sport and not for academics. His parents moved with him to Paris, France where it was hoped that he would become a Football/Soccer player. However because of his relatively large size and his lack of general running speed he was not very successful which left his parents bitterly disappointed. However, at the age of 12 he saw a Japanese rider in Paris-Nice on TV, this was the turning point of his young life. He started following cycling and enrolled in a youth academy where his potential was spotted very quickly but they saw that his technique would be better suited to the cobblestones of Roubaix so his parents then moved to the outskirts of Roubaix, where he learnt his craft in the Roubaix Cycling Academy. He quickly moved through the ranks and is loved by the cycling fans over in Japan. He hopes he can be picked up by a good team and has goals to follow in the footsteps of his hero Fabian Cancellara. Although he lives in France and is a French Resident he still rides as a Japanese and his Career Goals are to win Paris Roubaix, Win Ronde van Vlaanderen and become World Champion, but more importantly do his family and his country proud.

Are we allowed to make 3 riders that are all 23? Or does the age variation rule only concern the custom riders in your team?

3 riders: 1 max 18, 1 max 20, 1 max 23.
2 riders: 1 max 23, 1 max 21
1 rider: every agr allowed.

Yes, you'll need a 3rd then, or change one of them to a 20 year old or younger.

Got just confused by the current free agent on page 1. So for anybody wondering, this custom free rider is made by nielsboy1998. Is nielsboy1998 actually planning on participating in the EPIC madness? Havn't seen him around for a while.
