Yep, Sánchez might just win this TT on account of the rain. Would be awesome

Nibali vs. Samu will be close, I think
Scarponi lost 30 seconds from the split. Nibali was 38 seconds ahead of Samu then.

why "on account of the rain" rain shouldn't be that big of a factor on the ascent?
Scarponi wouldn't have beaten Sanchez anyway if Nibbles comes in a few seconds behind Sanchez then you can account it to the rain... but not vs Scarponi

Martins is despairing over the 2 mins something on the GPS and saying he's about to be caught on the road by Nibali -_-'

Bad time for Uran
Should make a negative split though. Sky always do that. Or at least plan with their riders.
And I was right

My point about Evans is that he has this incredible ability to follow, even when he is not going that great. We have seen him attacking quite often in recent years, but here he has done very little even token attempts to attack.
At the Giro he has been desperately following. Today we see his form isn't that good,
Because, quite simply, he can't any more. Winning the WC changed him and made him realise that he had a bit more of a kick than he realised. But age has really caught up with him in the last 18 months and I would argue he just isn't capable of it any more.

Evans I think just holds second place big loss from him.
As people are saying he is old. Could be a tough couple of days for him.
Nothing between Scarponi, Majka, Uran and Betencur though, that will be a good battle for the podium along with the struggling Evans.
