Well, I, yet again, have trashed my bike wheels - sigh - so will have to "splash" the cash on some £100 wheels. But hey, I'll still whip Smoothie's bike in a road race Wink

Well, distance per year? I don't reallly keep track that much, but I can say I did 1500km in october this season, then its dipped due to the bad icey conditions, and now I've got a month of training, gyming to increase VO2 and strength and a few uni exams here and there.

I'll think about the dragon ride, but tbh, it's purely a lose lose situation for me - i beat you, i have achieved nothing, i lose, ive lost everything Pfft

Stage 1 of the Ras De Cymru? The most painful, yet fun, race I have done to date. 5 days of glorious pain. Be out to watch it and cheer me on!!!

EDIT: I believe you are talking about the Irish Ras. No, I shan't be there this year... Wink

Just did 83 miles in 4.5 hours. We were supposed to meet the u23 riders on BMC but they were too late in leaving to meet us.

Also my team has picked up a title sponsor for the 2009 season. We will be Allsport-Team Swift, on BMC bikes, Shimano gruppo's, Vredestein tires, Clif Bar energy foods, Allsport energy drinks, and mavic wheels

Cool, my squad rides Cannondale's, but I'm a Trek guy (or hopefully Ridley in the future)

Mavic + vreds = rockin' round corners. You must be thrilled to have such good sponsors.
