That's a lie! The Schlecks got talent.
The Jonas Brothers don't.

Funniest thing about the cyclingnews story on Ricco were these lines about Piti -
He said Riccò's case is similar to Spaniard Alejandro Valverde, who tested positive when the 2008 Tour de France was in Italy. Italy ruled on Valverde because his positive control happened in its country and it will be the UCI's decision whether to make Italy's two-year suspension global, said Carpani.

Great news.
Will it have any consequences for the now participating teams though? Such as Vacansoleil? |

Wait...
First Boonen now this...
Now does every team who appeal to the CAS get to force every GT organizer to do what they want?
Well I think I'll pick Giro for myself next year

Boonen probably got in because of the significant amount of Quick-Step's budget that is tied to him entering the tour. Fuji getting in the Vuelta is probably because they are a Spanish team and its the Spanish GT, plus they were denied into almost all the major PT and HIS races this year despite being a PT team. Just wait though, soon enough our Resident Moron will come a long and prove me wrong

Haha, true. That's how I finally figured out who he was today, lol!
Didn't remember any posts by him, yet he had some 13.000 or whatever. But when he suddenly started to know everything, and I do mean everything, about cycling, there was really only one possibility |

You should have seen it yesterday. Waghlon had issoisso for his name and isso's avatar, while issoisso had Waghlon's name, avatar, location, and signature. The only way to tell them apart was that Waghlon is an Admin, and has slightly over 5000 posts, while isso is a world champ and has around 13 hundred. It was confusing... |

Fuji in Vuelta..at least I like that..they have suffered already to much..
About Boonen and TdF..i hope that Quick Step wont get tour invatation for the next year. One of the weakest..less motivated..out of shape team. |

Surprised no one else has commented on this yet. Isn't O'Bee decently popular on this board? Or is this news just being entirely overshadowed by the Astarloza thing? |

Michael Rasmussen claims he's been blacklisted. I just don't know what to make out of this. |

Well according to Giuseppe Petito of the Ceramica Flaminia team, Alain Rumpf of the UCI "advised" the team NOT to hire Rasmussen. |

Even if he has been, I still don't mind, I don't think anybody has a more dirty past doping wise than Michael Rasmussen, and he hasn't shown any kind of regret to the public after his fall from grace i n 07, like a David Millar, he didn't even mention anything about what he did like a Ricardo Ricco. Rasmussen is so obvious a doping case. I hope he will never have his comeback, but quite frankly I don't think UCI will allow it anyway.

Garmin are certainly getting good value out of Millar, he seems to have raced an awful lot this year (including his upcoming Vuelta). I doubt it will help his performances racing that much, but I don't suppose he'll be doing much other than a breakaway or two and relaying at the front.
