for some reason, english speakers insist on saying all 4 or 5 names of people from latin countries. that's something I'll never understand

That's weird. I wrote this a couple of days ago:

Victor Hugo Peña has signed for Barloworld
David Moncutié has renewed his contract with Cofidis
Ivan Parra will not have his contract (with Cofidis) renewed, though, despite being 13th in this year's Giro.
But okay, Cyclingnews is more trustworthy than Feltet.dk |

Zabel could not get rid of his Milram-contract and will therefore stay with Milram. T-Mobile will look for more youngsters instead (f.e. Eros Capecchi) |

CSC does magic to old riders who have already reached their peak Or, well, they used to. Now, they make young riders become superstars, but oh well |

And here's the saddest news of the day: Mads Kaggestad might be going to CSC. Kurt Asle Arvesen has recommended him
And here's today's best news: If he doesn't get a contract at CSC he'll retire |

Rujano -> Serramenti PVC?
Angelo Furlan -> Tinkoff
Fabio Sacchi -> Tinkoff
There will be more later... |

Kroon -> don't think it's been confirmed
Leipheimer -> there are reports that "guarantee" he's going to Astana. nothing confirmed so far.
Ten Dam -> Rabobank. confirmed
Paulinho->he's got a contract but has been asked not to reveal which team it is just yet.
Brajkovic -> same as Paulinho.
Martinez->in talks with Euskaltel. nothing signed as of yet
the others->I haven't seen any confirmed so far

Kroon has been offered lots and lots of money to stay with CSC, so I think he does. In September, it was reported by a Dutch website that he was going to extend his contract.
Leipheimer will follow Contador and Bruyneel to Astana
Laurens Ten Dam is still undecided, I think, but he has offers from Rabobank, CSC and Quickstep
Paulinho will probably go to some small Portuguese continental team, but I heard that he might also go to Astana.
Brajkovic, well, Liquigas is still my best shot.
Egoi Martinez will return to Euskaltel.
