The yellow card rule this tournament is the most retarded thing I have witnessed. Whoever come up with this, just kill yourself.

I don't really know what the ref is doing. At the start, he benefited Belgium and now Wales.

Congrats to Wales.
But very poor decisions by the Belgian coach.

Fully deserved win. If only Belgium had kept the pace they started the game with. Didn't touch a ball after the equaliser in the first half, and created nothing except for one single heading chance after Robson-Kanu's goal. Superb header by Vokes. Congrats to Wales. Please kick out Portugal now as well.

Ronnie vs Bale would be a fun semi final tbh. Especially if Bale scored a free kick
Please, may this come true

Apart from Gareth Bale, the others don't play in the big clubs and some even play in Championship. Belgium on the other hand have their best players play in the biggest Premier League and yet Wales demolished Belgium.
Belgium along with Croatia are the most overrated teams in these Euros. I don't know how they topped the FIFA Rankings at first place?

Cause FIFA ranking makes no sense.
But anywya, look at our defence from last night. Meunier plays in Belgium, Lukaku plays in Belgium, Denayer plays in Turkey, all mediocre competitions. With Vermaelen and Vertonghen, it would have been a different game.
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Hang on a minute...
You're saying that Meunier, who's about to go to PSG and has lots of European experience, Denayer, who is kept at arm's length from Man City for some reason indiscernible to everyone considering the fact that he is thought of as the best young centre-back in Europe, and Lukaku, who is probably going to go to Italy, Spain, Germany or England in the next month...
Were always going to struggle against Hal Robson-Kanu, who has 198 appearances for Reading, is 27 and is currently without a club.
Yeah, I get your logic.
Disclaimer- Most of my posts are me thinking aloud. And most of what I think is rubbish.

That shows that they are talented, but yesterday showed also that they're not good enough yet. And as much as I like the welsh football team, I've to say that it would be way harder with their defense from the Hungary-Game. |

Meunier was crap all season, I don't see him coming of the bench at PSG. Doesn't have any champions league experience iirc. Denayer is still at city yes, but he's been loaned out the past seasons. Lukaku is totaly crap, if he wasn't the brother of Romelu, he would never make the selection. He's playing at a small team in Belgium and he's not even the best player there.
They're all "ok" players, but I would say only Meunier was doing well yesterday, the other two are not qualified to play a quarterfinal in a big tournament.

A Team beat a group of talented individuals yesterday. Belgium had some good individual performances (not many though). Meunier was decent. But Wales played like they wanted it much more. For the second goal, Robson-Kanu pulled out the best move of his life, sent three defenders the wrong way. For the third goal, Vokes called for the cross despite being outnumbered 2 to 1, Gunter delivered to perfection, and Vokes made good of his only chance of the game.
I'll never get tired of watching Wales's second goal, absolute beauty!!
