Hate to say it, but as far as the quality of your jersey - IMO it's pretty messed up. For starters the Crelan and Vastgoedservice are too stretched and the need to be resized. And second, which is a bigger thorn in the eye is the stitching - I don't know wht is this, but white pixels are surrounding the stitching.
Now I know it's your first jersey and you've done your best, but you have still a lot to learn.

For a first attempt it's actually quite good. A big advantage is that you bent the logos, which makes it look much better in-game. There's still plenty room of improvement though. First of all, you should bend the logos on the back of the jersey as well. Use the Perspective function in Photoshop to do this. A part that is much harder to do is the bending of the logos on the sides of the jersey. You can find a great tutorial to do this here. The tutorial was made by anderspcm, one of the best jersey makers around.
Next to the bending of the logos, you should pay attention to the sizes of the logos. What I used to do when I started making jerseys is compare them to the logos on other jerseys and base my own jerseys on those.
To conclude my tips: to prevent these white lines next to the stitches, I often use the fx "Stroke" to add a 1 px stroke to the shapes I made.
For now, your jersey is not good enough to use in the PCM.daily Database, but I think you'll improve fast and I expect much from you in the future!
Inactive due to personal reasons.

I coudnt find Giant Alpecin nc Kazakstan anywhere and i needed that one.
The shorts is from Nalister (i think). And i have also used the logo on the shoulder from him.
First is 2015 edition, second is edited in 2016 edition.
Since im now aware from another fora of some changing in the Commercials im update my post With the 2016 edition. Logo on shoulder is from tpinot.
