It shouldn't be a huge surprise that Nibali is this good on cobbles. One of the best bike handlers in the bunch with a large and relatively heavy frame for a climber. The only thing he lacks is the experience.

I just wonder about one question where is Breschel right now and why isn't he here.
Bertie must be heavily disappointed in his team today. No more excuses for them.

The real winner here is Quintana. He'll be with a change of 2 GT's this year, if he chose this he'd have none.

Well, hate to say "i told you so" but as i said Contador wont win the tour with such a weak team.
So congrats Nibali, now its all yours to lose.
Its Stage 5. Contador has won the Tour in the past with a similar team.
Sure, but not when he loses over 3-4min to a guy like Nibali.
Nibali won't lose that in the mountains to Contador, and with Fuglsang and the Astana team Contador won't stand a chance alone.
Roche and Rogers.
I actually think they are both stronger than anyone Nibali has.
Edit: overlooked Fuglsang. On a day like today, Astana are stronger, but Saxo have been very present already in the race. In the mountains I doubt you can say Conta will be alone, not that I think that would even be a huge problem for him anyway....

It's mathematically impossible for you to say anything original Jacdk, so shut the **** up.
