I was planning for a jersey, but it's too complicated to add. I might think of something else though.

It's not that complicated to add actually. Just make it as an NC jersey and make the continental champion the nationality of the shirt. EG make Valverde Malaysian and name the jersey movistar_maillot_mas which represents the conti champ

Only it has to be a nation with no actual champ on any team. Preferably a new country to not mess up the reporters games. Changing the nationality of the rider will also cost the flag on the screenshot (minor detail), but more importantly any nationality bonus, which could be annoying for the managers as it would make it less likely that the continental champs will their home races.

Ok, here are the rewards for the Continental Championships. It's going to be a small boost to one of your custom riders, they'll need to fight it. There boosts are not cumulative, you only get the highest one you've earned.
Gold RR - Raise any stat by 1, up to 67
Silver RR - Raise any stat by 1, up to 65
Bronze RR - Raise any stat by 1, up to 63
Highest custom rider RR - Raise any stat by 1, up to 64
Gold TT - Raise any stat by 1, up to 66
Silver TT - Raise any stat by 1, up to 64
Bronze TT - Raise any stat by 1, up to 62
Highest custom rider TT - Raise any stat by 1, up to 63
Announce in your team HQ! And hurry up, I want to close the updates tomorrow

Ollfardh can you PLEASE keep the updates open for Saturday. I'm really busy with school right now and reeally want to do it. Also, since Gerrans won the RR, does that mean that I give him +1 on any stat under 67? And a jersey would be nice

It's 1 update you need to give 1 custom rider, shouldn't take that long
