At the moment there are no plans for manager transfers. Maybe at the end of the season. You will lose all progress with your current team of course.
Also, quite funny how people try to insult me a few days before I need to give points to their HQ's and riders
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

I thought I asked this before a few days ago, but can't find the question nor the answer.
What are actually the benifits of finishing high on the rankings? I mean, yes, promotion & winning the rankings is rewarded(it says so in the first post).
But surely, finishing 8th on the rankings and promote should be more rewarding than finishing 17th on the rankings and promote?
Same for finishing 3rd as WT team instead of 14th as WT team.
I've only heard it backwards, the lower ranked teams will have a first turn on the drafts.
I might have missed it/forgotten, but will finishing higher ranking-wise get rewards like: More manager points, more budget, something at least?

Good to hear.
Otherwise we'll let Europcar drop to 17th deliberately, so that we still promote, but get earlier draft picks

I think too it should be rewarded for teams to be in the World Tour (higher budget, first pick at top-level custom riders), however I wouldn't make rewards too big for the high-ranked teams because this will only increase the gap between the best, good and bad teams.

Welcome aboard! You chose a pretty bad moment to start with a new team though. I think it would be better for you if you take over one of the absent manager positions, like Sojasun, IAM or Accent Jobs. But the choice is yours of course

Since we're in a quiet period at the moment, let's disucss the National Championships. Obviously not all countries are going to have a 3D version, as it would take too much time. What I'm thinking of at the moment is:
Time trial: only seperate for the big nations, group up all the smaller countries in one race and each best of the country wins
Road race: only 3D mode for races with a decent startlist, simul smaller countries
Changed my sig, this was getting absurd.

Depends how you class "Big nation" and "decent startlist". Are we just basically talking about playing both races for and road race for with the rest as quick sims?
