WOW, from the overhead that was one impressive sprint for Cavendish

Cavendish looked boxed there twice but still pretty comfortable as space opened up on the left. Once again 2nd last man for Sky causes them a problem - think it is Kennaugh (?) who just didn't seem to have the speed. |

Geez, Cav was quick today. Everyone at full speed and he still had one last kick in him.
I haven't had much time to watch the Giro this week, but looking forward to the weekend, good time to start watching! |

Seriously is Sky just aiming for Flat Stage wins or what. Tomorrow is going to be a difficult day for Uran and Henao and they still have to work for Cav today??? Cav dont even ned a train to win, the train from sky doesnt work well anyway IMO. I dont really understand Sky logic at all. |

He didn't have any real serious competition in terms of sprints though (no offense, but Goss' still hurt, and the others are nowhere fast enough anyway). |

3 Cav's win ----> Top 10 in Giro
More publicity. Nobody in Britain will talk about about Henao & Uran even if they made Top 5. They will talk about Cav and his wins though.
I obviously disagree with this bullshit, but from media point of view they are doing most to maximise their publicity.

Disagreed. Cavendish was dominant, while the leadout was once again quite weak. GreenEDGE easily overtook them in the final kilometer. They were lucky that Cavendish is as fast as he is, according to me.

True to a degree but you could kind of say that short of 2 or 3 other names in the pro peloton and you can only beat what's in front of you. Greipel, Kittel, possibly 1 or 2 others max? Indication of how far ahead they and especially Cavendish with his consistent GT wins are. |

He'll have to gett used to it
At Tour he'll probably have less of a leadout with only Eisel and EBH to help him 100%. And likes of Pate and Rogers to help him just a bit.

The thing is, do they really need Henao and Urán to work to make Cavendish win? If the answer was yes, they'd be stupid not to make them work. As the answer is most likely not, I think it'd be wise for them to have at least one of them (Urán) not doing any work ever in the flat stages.

Given they're still not delivering him even with them helping perhaps it helps keep the others as fresh as possible for the last km. Having said that I think this particular line up lacks a fast enough man to go ahead of Thomas which has resulted in problems.

Havent seen that way. Hope still Uran and Henao would have enaugh energy for Saturday and Sunday because no one is going to help them. |

I find that quite unlikely. He's clearly not in top shape, otherwise he wouldn't have lost unnecessary time on stage 10 and 11.
I've even read somewhere that he'll abandon the race after this weekend.

Tomorrow is gonna be a stage for Rujano! I'm also expecting Pozzovivo behind him on the Cervinia. |
