Great performance Cadel. I honestly didn't think he could do it, but ended it smashing Schleck pretty good.
Congrats Cadel and Australia and thank you for making the final stage watchable.

Schleck can have no complaints - this Tour was tailor-made for him.

Also, Evans MUCH faster than he went in the Dauphine - over a minute quicker

Great win by Evans , and it is good to see someone who won Tirreno & Romandie this year winning the Tour.
He has quite a perfect year , with a 2nd on the Dauphiné. |

Congratulations Evans, deserved it for the massive efforts put in to lead the chase groups in the alps. |

Schlecks will never get a race profile in the Tour, better suited to them than this year. Never.
Which doesn't give them a better chance next year. And I can live with that. |

Cgt. Evans. Strong performance all the way.
It will be interesting to see what he can do next year when Contador and Andy will probably be in better shape for the Tour. |

Woooo!... Cadel Evans!
I would have respectfully accepted defeat had it happened, but all the sweeter to see him almost win the stage and get the Yellow Jersey. |

So Schleck managed to lose his Tour. I can see ASO putting even LESS TT kms next year.

FUCK THIS!
But anyway, I expected this. I hate Cadel, but still he probably deserved this win. Andy and Frank were fighting till the end. I am really proud of them. And in the end, at least big dream come true.. Tomorrow we will see both brothers on the podium!
And please shoot Czech commentators.. The biggest surprise of this TT for them.. Samuel Sanchez. They are total idiots..

What was wrong with Andy's form this year? Didn't he plan his entire season around this race?

So Andy wastes the perfect opportunity for a Tour-win and get's his fourth second place in a GT out of five finishes instead.
How wonderfull it would be if he went the rest of his career without ever winning.

I like to pretend this is the start of year where Evans wins the Tour
This comment looks well placed in retrospect.

Rode the perfect tour! Tactically perfect all round brilliant. You are an idiot!
people attack me for my personal opinion. Sure is tolerant here
Well when you write a post like you did, then people will comment. If you only want to voice your personal opinion then you should write a more supple post. |

Amazing effort by Evans, especially throughout the last three days. He really does deserve this win. |
