TRE VALLI VERESINE
There was a big breakway today with many unknown riders. However they managed to stay in front for a long time
A.Efimkin started the first serious attack with more than 40 kilometres to go.No one took him really serious but after a few kilometres he could reach the breakaway and stay with them for a short time
Masciarelli,Valjavec and Tschopp made the next moves 22 kilometres before the race ends
Short time later the next favorite from Bbox attacked,it´s Fedrigo
Ivanov couldn´t stay in the peloton anymore. He attacked, too
And after many attacks a leading group was formed where many favorites were part of such as Ivanov,Visconti,Fedrigo and Tschopp
And at the last ascent with only 2,5 km to go we had to do something!Ivanov started an attack which was a big surprise for Fedrigo,Visconti and Tschopp
But we had a plan!We didn´t want to attack to get away from them but to degrade them on a funny wayIvanov did only simulate an attack
As the last kilometre began Visconti started the sprint very powerfull!Ivanov could not react so fast but he was still able to take the backwheel of the Italian
Ivanov saved his energy behind Visconti and it looks good at this moment. Can Ivanov make another great move?
This is his moment! He makes his move really strong and fast.Where did he get this energy and power?
Ivanov is the winner because of an amazing finish.Visconti takes the second place, maybe his move was too early
And it´s still a good race for Bbox.Fedrigo becomes third in front of his team-mate Tschopp

STAGE 2 : WIERINGERWERF - HOOGEVEEN
It´s the first flat stage there and we should expect a mass sprint. There are big favorites for the stage win such as Farrar,Boonen,Freire,Ciolek,Förster and maybe Steegmans
Our team was leading the pack after the breakaway was brought back into the peloton.Hard conditions today because of a strong wind which spread the pack into many groups but our team could stay in front especially Steegmans did a great job there
But he was totally on his own because Napolitano had no chance in this strong wind.So the Belgian Champion took a backwheel of a sprint train
The sprint begins and Steegmans could put himself in a good position
Steegmans leaves the slipstream of Rojas while Förster is in front of Greipel who comes really fast on the right side
And Greipel can take this stage in front of another German Förster and Hutarovich.Steegmans becomes 5th behind Oscar Freire.Still a good result for our team when we think about this conditions today

STAGE 3 : S´HERTOGENBOSCH - SITTARD
Another flat stage which will probably bring another mass sprint. The sprint yesterday was won by Greipel who could profit by the hard wind conditions
After the breakaway was caught, the pack kept the pace high and there was no wind today so we could follow without any problems
But we´ve got some problems though!Because it was hard to form a sprint train. So Steegmans only could take Napolitano´s backwheel and the Italian guy had to look for another train
And with only 3,5 km to go Napolitano could find one.On the left side Lampre came really fast and we had only 2-3 seconds to react but it worked and so we were still in a great position
Bad news for Steegmans because Davis got in his slipstream when the sprint begins
But Steegmans is really fast and it looks like Davis couldn´t make his move
But then he made it and it seems that he can pass Gert Steegmans on the last metres
No he can´t!If this stage wouldn´t end here but 3 metres later Davis would win this stage. But it´s Steegmans who can take a great stage win in his favorite race

STAGE 4 : BEEK - WESTMALLE
After Steegmans win yesterday we are expecting another mass sprint which should bring us the next great result
The breakaway
Napolitano could follow Trussov who was our lead out man today.Again the speed in the pack was really fast and so we had problems to put ourselves in a good position
The sprint began and Trussov did a great job in the last few metres. Now it´s up to Napolitano to lead out Steegmans. But bad news for the Belgian because Farrar is next to him and his Belgian mate Boonen comes on the right side with his lead-out-man De Jongh
And so it was Farrar who took the lead for the moment but Steegmans was still in his slipstream
Boonen comes really fast now and it´s gonna be a close finish
But in the end Farrar can defend his position in front of Tom Boonen and Gert Steegmans.Still a great result for us because you can definitely loose against Farrar and Boonen
