As it is a pcmdaily-DB issue I am to lazy to release a new version. Here are some missing images
Edit:
Thinking about it, these pictures are missing for all DBs, if they would have 1.1 and 2.1 races.

When Itry to open the planner this message pops up:

If I click OK on that message than this message pops up:

Do you have .NET 3.5 installed? If not, then do that and try again. You should download it through microsoft update or directly from the MS downloads. |

did you download and install the full package? The package can be found in the download section of this forum.
If you are playing with the DB of pcmdaily, you then have to install the updates found in this thread. |

I am not playing without the DB of pcmdaily as it won't let me install that. It says that I have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1. Is that the full package? |

You need WinRAR or any other tool to unpack the file. You need to extract the whole folder structure incl. files and not only the files. Maybe you did not unpack it?

I tried downloading it again but the same thing still happens.
Would 7-zip work? Because I have that.

Yes, but do you know how to extract files from a archive? If yes, do it, if not, please learn how to do it first.
Then look into the extracted folder and check if all folders and files are there (see picture)

Mine is exactly the same execpt 2 up from the bottom there is one that says PCM_SeasonPlanner.exe and I thought that that is what I was supposed to click on. |

Yes, that has to be double clicked. Are you really sure that you extracted it and not double click on it while it is still packed. |
