Of course the fact that he's now spending most of his non-racing time promoting sales of Carmichael Training Systems of which he receives a significant million dollar cut, is just coincidence.
Oh wait.
I can't argue with the rest of your comments because they are true but he did say that ONE of the reasons he came back was for cancer awareness. Not the only reason. I may have misunderstood your statement but that is what I can conclude from "all of it just to promote awareness of cancer" |

Something tells me you quoted the wrong post, no?
I don't know about Bertagnolli, but I would guess so, yes.

In the same article "In an interview with Vanity Fair, Armstrong seemed rather more confident. "I'm going back to professional cycling. I'm going to try and win an eighth Tour de France.'" He has repeated this in a number of interview since. Cancer was not the only reason. |

so whats the reason everyone hates Lance? Is it because everyone thinks he's cocky? or out of place coming back? |

Astana will be at the Tour.
In mid-july, meaning during the Tour, the deadline will expire for the team to present financial guarantees to ride the rest of the season.
If they fail to do so, their license will be immediately revoked......in the middle of the Tour.

Not posted much recently, and this may have been answered elsewhere, but what has replaced CERA this year as the super drug?
The reason I ask should be pretty obvious. |

Probably something that we'll find out about in 5 or 6 years and that we'll have a reliable test for in about 30.
After all, CERA started being heavily used in about 2004, and EPO's been used since 1984 and we don't have a reliable test for it yet.
[/factual negativity]
The doctor on the Fuji team says the new drug going around is being heavily used and comes from england. He didn't name it.

I want to say gendoping, but then we'd have to see superhuman performances, which we haven't.

If children have the ability to ignore all odds and percentages, then maybe we can all learn from them. When you think about it, what other choice is there but to hope? We have two options, medically and emotionally: give up, or Fight Like Hell.

Riders have the drugs available through several means as soon as the first clinical trials start.
Cavallari admitted to the investigators in the Oil for Drugs investigation that Santuccione had been supplying his customers with CERA as early as Milano-San Remo 2004.
