Surely, everyone has already finished their planning otherwise applying for wildcards becomes guessing and getting rejected from one race can ruin your whole season?
I did my entire season plan in October. Just to find the damn bits of paper now

Yeah, I did that too but I still I'll wait. Maybe I'll get one or two new riders once the transfermarkets opens up for the normal (not new) PCT teams.

Shouldn't it be time to open the Custom Rider market for all? They had plenty of time

I'd auto-assign one rider to each new team that hasn't yet signed one up then open it up again.
There was a rule, you kind of have to use it

Is there really any point? How many riders are left, three? Four? I know for a fact I'm not interested in any of them, so just open it for the CT teams. I have my season planned out in full and signing a new rider, unless he was an absolute leader, would cause severe headaches, moving people around.

I don't know for sure, but it seems to me that some of the new managers just arn't interested in signing anybody actually. Maybe you should write all new managers who havn't been active yet to write a message or something to remind them of approaching custom riders?

... or allowing them to refrain from signing custom riders, so everyone else won't have to wait for them.

One question as a reporter: Would you please send your startlist in the following format
[Last name], [First name]
Sorted on last name or average? This makes it way easier to add startlists in the game. It's not that much, but it saves me quite a bit of time

I can't make any promises on that, as I copy/paste most stuff from what people send me. It would be unworkable for me otherwise. I'll do it for the teams I have to create manually though.
