Looking pretty good for Hepburn in the TT in Qatar as he went off early and the wind is apparently picking up. Still all the GC big hitters to go though.
Stannard off in Eisel's skin suit - reckon he is recycling after he tore his skimpy outfit. Hope it isn't too sweaty...mind you that's an incentive to get to the finish quickly!
Despite the best efforts of everyone else, no one can deny the Hepburn. Achieved an amazing time during the second half of the course that few others could match, the reverse split strikes again.
Though Boom certainly went very close to it.

Boom the biggest winner overall but Terpstra should be happy while Morkov is now a bit out of it. Boom might regret those 5 lost seconds yesterday some more by the end of this race.

Hepburn by half a second from Boom with Terpstra getting 5th on the day. Very strong bringing it home from Hepburn.
He wasn't in the top 10 at the split times. And he was an early starter. He did a great time trial, but somehow the wind played it's part i think
Yes, very possibly but some of the GC guys still well up there and I think Steegmans was early and up on Hepburn at the first split by a bit too (?)...difficult to know really. Either way entertaining as TT's go despite the shoddy TV presentation.
