However, should a new manager pop up, I might give him priority, since the others already had a chance to sign custom riders.

Name: Gorka Nieve
Age: 18
Nationality: Basque Country, Spain
Rider type: Climber
Short Bio: Gorka Nieve looks like his distant cousin Mikel Nieve except for a big, freaking moustache. Nicknamed The Moustache, This guy lives and breathes the basque country more than anyone. However, due to the set-backs he couldn’t resign with the Euskadi continental Team Orbea Cycling. However, be aware, this guy will jump at the first opportunitiy to sign with Euskaltel – Euskadi that presents itself to him. He now looks for a Pro Continental Team where he can prove himself, be of domestique duties and improve on his career, until one day he can sign with the big orange boys.
He was born and raised in San Sebastian. When he didn’t impress chicks at the beach with his half-tanned body, he spent most of his time on the bicycle. Inspired by the likes of Roberto Laiseka, Iban Mayo, Joseba Beloki and his distant cousin Mikel Nieve, he joined one of the youth teams and was then spotted by Orbea Cycling Team. Naturally he is interested in fighting and conquering any mountain that is ahead of him. Though he made decent appearances, Gorka Nieve wants to see other cultures too and thus is eager to sign for the time being with any forgein team that wants him. He packs his bags for the adventure of the Pro Cycling EPIC Circuit. Though with the hopes that one day he can return to the place he belongs too.

Spoiler Earlier Version of Richard Loewenherz
Name: Richard Loewenherz
Age: 21
Nationality: Austria
Rider type: Fighter
https://p0p5.deviantart.com/art/Richard-the-Lionheart-278950655
Short Bio: This guy was born with the trademarks of a true road racer, nicknamed The Fanatic. A fighter in his nature, he will give everything even if the odds are overwhelmingly against him. His name may or may not be translated to Lionheart in English, but for this guy there’s only one way: forward!
Since he is Austrian, he followed the german hype around Jan Ullrich and Erik Zabel. For him the rider that most inspired him was Georg Totschnig though after his countryman won his Tour de France stage and was crowned Austria’s sportsman of the year. However Totschnig destroyed each respect Loewenherz head for him, when he cried on television. Young Richard wasn’t pleased. The young Austrian rider was brought up in a catholic cult where he escaped from at age of 15. At that point, he was determined to become a professional cyclist.
Richard Loewenherz does not share such traits as does Totschnig and instead will try any time of the day to get into a breakaway. He does not fear pain, but he embraces it. He does not need forgiveness thus he will always push just that little harder. He doesn’t care about his pay-check. This are the perks of being raised by a maniac preacher in a remote village. Winning is everything to this guy. He will work for his teammates tirelessly. He will go into breakaways more often than you dare to count. And eventually, he will come out top.
He likes to paint and portray himself as a warrior. That’s why you won’t find any pictures of him but one thing is for sure: This cultish brute will try anything to beat his rivals! (except Doping)

Thanks Jesleyh. I know they are a bit over the top, but I hope they get accepted anyway. If Super-Rider Mysterion can't join the EPIC madness I might do a One-Rider story with him.

Okay, I understand of course. Just going to play some football now and I'll write post the back-up rider later tonight. His stats will remain the same though as Super-Rider Mysterion I think or I might make a sprinter, dunno.

How are you going to limit new riders race days? Equally if new managers come in how will they work with team race days?

Nothing, he's your man if you want 6th places. I'm just worried that he'll start declining and only manage 8th place instead.

So here's my other guy... I'll delete Super-Rider Mysterion. Hope there will be some offers for The Moustache, The Fanatic & The Calzone.
Name: Carlo Calzone
Age: 23
Nationality: Rome, Italy
Rider type: Sprinter
Short Bio: Carlo Calzone, often time’s simply referred to as The Calzone or The Diva, is an eccentric, rising star on the Pro Cycling EPIC circuit. Born in Rome and spending much of the time riding away from the Carabinieri, this guy is the complete package for any flat or hilly stage win any day of the week. As soon as the big mountains begin, this guy is struggling and don’t expect him to do much work for his teammates. If he fails at doing so, don’t expect to hear anything from him rather than complaints and finger-pointing, The Calzone never takes the fall for his failure or anyone else’s.
He rides for himself, but expects everyone to work for him. He wants to collect stage wins and fame, he is in for the glory and sunshine spot. Rarely will he drop a word of praise of his teammates, but don’t be silly: If you want to sign him, you need to provide him with at least a half-decent lead-out. He doesn’t accept being the second tier sprinter in the team, so you better get rid of that old cow in your team that doesn’t win anything but costs a lot of cash. If you don’t follow his mentality, if you are not with him all the way, complaints and frustration will rain down on your mail-address very frequently. Also if you sent him to a cobblestone races, he will simply refuse to do anything at all. He could be good at them mind you if a team manager can convince him in the future to train this set of skills, but so far, The Calzone gives up just when you start talking about it.
But all these things aside, he is a quite an enjoyable guy and has a lot to offer for a team. The sponsor will love him simply because there won’t go by a week without him being in the headlines and his ravishing good looks will advertise their products like crazy. Reporters talk about Calzone if he isn't in a race, giving you more screentime than you could possibly imagine. His list of friends include numerous Italian football stars, breathtaking models, awkward millionaires that want to take photographs with him, and of course there’s a huge bandwagon of an entourage. Right now, there are at least over twenty official The Calzone fanclubs registered in Italy - and that's although he hasn't won anything of importance yet. Imagine how that number sky-rockets once he wins Mailand - San Remo? The Calzone appreciates friendship and a loyal manager, but that doesn't mean he will automitcally stay on your team for a lifetime (but you probably wouldn't want him to stay anyway). The fans will have finally one great Italian sprinter to cheer for again; you know, like in Cipollini’s time. His reign in the youth and amateur races is well-known, cycling forums all around the world praise him as the next big thing hitting our poor, craving cycling-souls. After some time spending on a cruiseship with Italian Playboy Models, he is now back on the track, looking for a team to prove everyone that his streak of wins in amateur races was just the beginning.

Dead, but he'll return as we all know.
But here, if you havn't read it and want to, I put Super-Rider Mysterion in spoilers:
Spoiler Name: Super-Rider Mysterion
Age: 23
Nationality: Italy
Rider type: Puncheur
Short Bio: Nicknamed also the Enigma, this guy is the real deal. Ever since the youth races, this guy has been a mystery to many though. He does not share his name, but simply refers to himself as the Super-Rider. This goes even so far that this is the name on the startlists. While many think that this is just some sort of marketing-gag to get more fans on Facebook, others truly believe in Mysterion’s fight against the evil and corrupt of cycling.
Being officially classified as a puncheur, his most stand-out feature shows itself when he rides downhill: His courage and excitement in the eye of the danger when he furiously descents can only be described as unique. This man is a master on the bike, a virtuous of taking corners and snatching wins right and left. A battle-machine in his own right, any pussy footballer will simply crumble under his strength. But more importantly it seems: This man is on a mission.
Often time’s riders in the peloton refer to this guy as some sort of loony toon. A crazy mind that shouldn’t be on the bike, but they forget about his skill. Reporters are not sure if Super-Rider Mysterion is in fact a superhero on the bike - or another supervillain, in the tradition of Lance Armstrong, designated by Hein Verbruggen and his puppet McQuaid themselves after they vowed revenge on the UCI. Only time will tell though what’s the true secret behind Super-Rider Mysterion.
Rumour has it that he is a genetic experiment conducted by Italian Cycling Foundation in order to make them the best cycling nation in the world again. Other stories, more of superstitious nature, say that he is the punishment for disgraced dopers and the solution from the evil of Doping in the world, that he is born into this world to avenge all those who were wronged in previous years by Dopers. Legends even conclude that he shares his blood-line with Fausto Coppi and Gino Bartali. However, this are stories set out in the world and probably not true (although we wouldn't dismiss them!). But one can see Super-Rider Mysterion and his virtues in the peloton: He will help good-spirited riders that are in need, while he shows no emotion towards the most obvious dopers of the peloton.
However, despite all the rumours and stories not much is known about him. This guy from an alpine village in Northern Italy does not talk much and he does not share much, but he brings in the results. Like any real men of strenght he too has a weakness though: Superman has its kryptonite, Batman has Robin and Super-Rider Mysterion's weakness are cobblestones. But rest assured, in the capable hands of a worthy manager, together both of you will achieve great things.
….Because he is the rider your team deserves, but not the one it needs right now... No wait, that's not right, who would hire such a guy if you don't need him?
Because he is the rider your teams needs,
but not the one it deserves!
