I spent my first five seasons, plus a time as a trainee in one well known cycling country, racing for two great rivals, one for four times as long as the other.
I then went to another historic cycling country, spending three seasons at a team which by the end of my last season there had quite a "reputation", to put it mildly.
I then had a year away, before heading home to a team sharing a bike sponsor with the one I had left before my year off.
