I think Garmin will do it even without Vandevelde. Then Sky und Liquigas. But Columbia and Astana are good for a surprise.
I can`t really rate Astana, but i believe Vino will push them to a top result.

The emphasis for issoisso is on "dangerous flat stages". I'm pretty sure that he doesn't mind flat stages at all.
Well dangerous is a relative term here. All flat stages in the beginning of a GT are dangerous. There have always been a lot of crashes in the early stages. I doubt it would have been much different if it were on Italian roads.
Indeed, happens on France, Italian and Spanish roads as well.
It's because GT pelotons are full of nervous idiots who fuck up. The fact that the biggest crashes happened on a normal straight without obstacles in stage 2, and a normal corner which wasn't too hard in stage 3, says enough
Apparently in the stage to Middelburg, there was an illegal rider
Check the video at 0:20. You'll see a black man riding in the bunch. He stayed in the bunch until the last corner. When he was stopped by a couple of police agents
Columbia confirm that, indeed, they've been trying to surprise with Goss pretending to lead out Greipel but going for himself as Greipel is still sick and can't sprint properly.
They also say it looks like the rest day hasn't done Greipel any good.
What's wrong with sprinters this year? It's like they can't stay healthy

Well, we're back in italy, so no more cra.....oh wait it's raining like a bitch.
Goddamnit
Sastre's really hurting from the crash. I hope he doesn't get dropped today.
BMC starts, Evans takes a pull and immediately drops two teammates. That's.......just sad.

I've just started to watch today's stage. May somebody tell me why did Caisse d'Épargne lose so much time?
