Stage 4 : Yverdon-les-Bains TTT

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/9bbe3a10.jpg
Francaise des Jeux was the first team setting a great time with 18 minutes and 16 seconds!

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/76162784.jpg
Caisse had a good day with Sanchez in their team-squad but they could not reach the leading time as they are 8 seconds slower

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/63f633c4.jpg
RadioShack was good, too but they came with the same time like Caisse

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/6ae94efc.jpg
Next team was Rabobank.Moerenhout surely wants to get some seconds back today but if his team-mates are good enough?
Well they couldn´t beat the leading time just like Caisse and RadioShack they were 8 seconds behind

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/55c8a86a.jpg
Garmin was the favorite team for today´s stage win. With Millar and Tuft they have fantastic time trialists. They showed a great performance today reaching the same time like Francaise des Jeux but they were leading the stage

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5cb68eab.jpg
Our team was the last one for today as we were leading the team competition in Switzerland.Well, our time wasn´t really well in the end we became 15th with 30 seconds behind Garmin and Francaise. That also means that Pinotti lost his yellows jersey to Knees

Ai Ai Sir!!Grin
Well maybe I will write some words to May tomorrow.
I think Rogers is a good choice for California, isn´t he?
Martin will go for the Giro just like Eisel and Cavendish

valverde321
rogers is a great choice. Great TT and good enough hill and mountian. Remember to bring some younger american riders to Cali. And MArtin in the Giro is a good idea. Roulston should go to Cali I think.

Yeah Roulston is great, maybe Tejay Van Garderen and one thing is sure Pinotti wants to ride the GiroGrin

Ok guys as I´ve already posted a picture with our race calendar for May I´m going to write some words to that!
As you can see we´ve decided to ride some one-day classics in the beginning.
The GP Herning is one of Bak´s goal in this month. As one of the best Danish riders he really wants to shine there;probably Sieberg and Guldhammer will be his main support there! At the same time another team-squad will do the race in Germany called Rund um den Finanzplatz Eschborn-Frankfurt.Peter Velits and Matthew Goss should be our leaders in Germany.
After that we´re travelling to France where Monfort wants to improve his shape for the Tour. The 4 Jours de Dunkerque will be his main race in May,maybe the only one!
And then we´re ready for the first grand tour this year. The Giro is Tony Martin´s goal this season! We will send a great team to Italy with Martin,Siutsou,Eisel,Pinotti and Cavendish!Just a few days later Michael Rogers will lead our team in America at the Amgen Tour of California which could be really important for our American sponsors.
In the end of May we will travel to Germany again. This time we want to ride the Bayern Rundfahrt! Our team-squad for Bayern isn´t sure up to here. The last race will be in Norway and another one for Lars Ytting Bak called the Rogaland GP which is our last race day this month

GP Herning

Ok here we go with the first race in May,the GP Herning in Denmark.
We sent a good team-squad with Bak and Sieberg as our team-captains.Of course Bak as a Danish rider wants to shine today but Eeckhout ,our main rival there, also wants the win.We hope at least for a podium today with Bak or Sieberg!!

GP Herning

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3e0be6ee.jpg
202 kilometres full of exciting cobblestone sections where our team should try something today if we want to win!Bak is our team-captain as we decided just a few moments before the race started

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/7875a572.jpg
After no breakaway was built we decided to bring some action in this race.Sieberg made a move with more than 67 kilometres to go

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/5e13f88b.jpg
With more than 25 kilometres to go Sieberg was still in front by more than 1 minute!Looks good for him at the moment

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/cb06ef1e.jpg
Behind, was his first chasing group with Eeckhout,Bak,Ghyselinck and Guldhammer

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/afda7a46.jpg
After Sieberg´s advantage became bigger to more than 2 minutes Eeckhout had to do something with only 14 kilometres to go!But if this was too late?

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/357e5ef3.jpg
Bak didn´t hesitate any second! He went after him prompt

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/8e84d07c.jpg
Sieberg is reaching the 10 kilometre mark while his advantage to Eeckhout is still more than 2 minutes

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/e5d72e62.jpg
Bak and Polazzi worked together to catch Eeckhout who was just a few seconds in front of them

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/3c300bd6.jpg
And with only 7 kilometres to go they could reach him so it was sure that Sieberg is today´s winner but who will win the sprint behind?

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/0a1cd985.jpg
Once again Bak tried to get away form this group but Eeckhout could follow him

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/c0d47788.jpg
Marcel Sieberg takes the great win there after his amazing solo-ride of 67 kilometres!!

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/17eb9cd2.jpg
The sprint begins between Bak and Eeckhout for the second place and our team-captain is in front

i908.photobucket.com/albums/ac288/FedExpress/87e4dd46.jpg
But in the end he had no energy left to beat Eeckhout. But that doesn´t matter it´s still a fantastic day for our team with Sieberg´s win and the podium by Bak
