Wow, someone's in a bad mood today.........
Anyway, as HRH Mike stated back on topic. So something I've been thinking about, do people think the winner will be decided on Ventoux, or will it probably be over by then? |

In an interview after his ITT win today Bert Grabsch says he still hopes to got to the TdF. Didnt he get a call about the nomination?
Or was that not the final list posted here?

Prudhomme has put a big gamble on Ventoux.
He hopes that's where it'll be settled.
But it's a gamble, a big one. Many people hope he's right.

Cancallara or Wiggins for the win in the prologue.
Wiggins???? No chance at all. He is not a guy of winning very important prologues. He will be top 5 at most.
If not for the rain or the Bouygues rider crashing he would have won the final stage TT in the Giro
He was 2nd behind Contador in the Paris-Nice prologue this year
And the Giro shows that his climbing is much better, which means the hills around Monaco may not completely rule him out.
I said he isn´t going to win. A top 5 is possible, as the facts you mentioned prove it. If Bradley W. places top3 I will never show up in this forum again, and this is a promise! |

Coming so late in the race, and with so many k's in the legs, I wouldn't discount any rider without JB's guidance bonking on the way up. |

That was some promise considering Wiggins' TT talent. I will hold you to it |

Horner revealed why he was not selected in his blog.
He's confirmed what we all thought too.
Alberto wanted one on "his" guys
There's a split in the Astana Camp, one side Lance, one side Alberto.

Who didn't see that coming? This could make the tour even more exciting, cause there will be two astana teams. |

Not the whole story.
Also, The sponsors demanded a kazakhstani rider. Muravyev.
So, let me get this straight...the last time Bruyneel came up with a tour squad, he laughed off rolleurs, that they weren't needed, that Vaitkus was only there because Danielson was injured, etc etc.
And this time Horner says he's not there because "Bruyneel wanted to take a flat rider, Rast".
Add in that even at the start of last season Horner said he wouldn't be considered for the Tour no matter his form.
I call bullshit from mister "I suddenly climbed like an angel at the giro because I stopped eating burgers".

I really hope Bruneeyl gets matters together. Having two guys race against each other is gonna destroy their chances. Just think if Kloden, Leipheimer, Contador and Lance all worked together to get rid of their opposition. 3 Astana podium anyone..
Well except for Vandevelde in their somewhere |

Just pretend that Contador and his guys are riding for Caisse while the rest are riding for Astana (or Livestrong - Nike) |

I don't get what your saying, their is infighting in other teams, or racing between other teams? I was just trying to joke around saying Astana 1,2,3. |
