How funny would it be if on the day he returns, he gets charged with doping violations again?
After all, Kohl did name him in joiintly buying the centrifuge for blood transfusions.

Katusha have offered Bruseghin a two-year contract to be Giro team leader. Liquigas have also made him an offer to be Basso's right-hand man.
Team sky is also interested. Heh. This coming from a team with "a commitment to clean cycling". right.
The Trofeo Matteoti has been cancelled.

The interessant offer for Bruseghin is for sure Katusha. |

Refresh my memory, is Rasmussen currently under suspension for doping or just without a team? Because if he's already been suspended, surely he would not get suspended for additional time if they find something from his past. |

Right, I thought missed tests were as good as positives. So wouldn't he have served his ban for doping already then? |

Missed tests are (as far as i know) treated as Positives.
Ban ends at the end of July i think, he's targeting the Vuelta. |

Right, sorry I guess I'm not getting my point across. I was just questioning Isso and Crue saying that he's going to get suspended the day he gets unsuspended, and I just wanted to know if there was such a thing as double jeopardy in cycling? |

Even if the suspension he's serving were for doping, if it's conclusively proven he blood doped with the stuff in austria and budapest, that's a separate doping offense.

Update on McEwen: tendons and kneecap are much better than initially thought.
But his tibia is broken.

Lance is such a hero. Returning to race without being paid.....millions of dollars in participation premiums aside.......all of it just to promote awareness of cancer.........
Of course the fact that he's now spending most of his non-racing time promoting sales of Carmichael Training Systems of which he receives a significant million dollar cut, is just coincidence.
Oh wait.

The UCI's tired of the sort of "civil war" being waged inside the Amica Chips team so they've just suspended the team. bye.

Financial difficulties, staff upheaval, infighting, making every attempt to make the anti-doping people's job as hard as possible.
etc.
