Nope, he is not the best. 78 only on cobble, not very good in hills, old and almost the same salary like Boonen or Cancellara

Pidgornyy and Taaramae rulled the breakaway
30km to go and an attack from Moreau, Garzelli, Uran and Barredo
Moreau is alone and first at the top of the mountain
But Garzelli catches him on the downhill
Moreau is left behind by Garzelli when the next climb starts
Important moves in the pack by Evans and Contador
Gerdemann goes after them to keep his yellow jersey
Moreau is caught by Evans and Contador. Soler is there too
Gerdemann isn't too far
Garzelli wins the last climb of the day
Gerdemann and Astarloza caught the Evans-Contador group on the downhill
The stage ends up with an short hill, where Garzelli is caught
Gerdemann is too tired to fight for the stage win. He just wants to hang on
