Thwaites was already in the 5-10 area last couple years year lots of times in those 1.1 classics.
16 in Omloop. 10 in KBK and now 2 in Le Samyn. He really is improving nicely. Definitely a rider to watch out for in future. 26 years only.
And Nils Politt! Wow. Did not have expect him that good here. Looking forward to his Driedaagse Van Vlaanderen performance now as it should suit him well with a prologue as well! |

Not too sure, he´s a one team rider who can lead a team on his preferred terrain. And Bora might be the best adress out of any PCT teams, they get (nearly) and Wildcard they want...

What was impressive by Thwaites was after being dropped by Terpstra, still had the strength to keep it going and hold off the chasers.
I'm hoping that the bigger cobbled classics this year have some bad weather as well.
