So how will the old riders' decline work?
Spoiler
Mount Baldy needs to be sorted out
It's one of the many things of which I still have to work out the details.
The decline will happen at the of the season and age will be important of course. How much and what age is still not decided. But Mount Baldy's chance of winning a GT in 2014 will be very small. Cuddles ain't looking too good either
[sarcasm]Oh no, really? I was really hoping he could win a GT next year. [/sarcasm]
Or just win anything. At any time. Anywhere.
I thought the oldies would decline slightly in each break. That's how I would do it.

Well.
I could've sent mine in earlier, but it takes the other Europcar manager a lot of time to understand the system
(You see, having 2 managers is a disadvantage sometimes as well, so we definitely don't deserve the points penalty )

I'll start posting your races for part 2 soon, so you can go work on your startlists. Like last time, I want them in the format posted below.
Make sure you don't go over your racedays already (though it would be rather quick). That's 62 season racedays for people who were here from the start and 45 racedays for the rest of the season for the people who joined during the break.
For those who had to send in corrections last time, please make sure you're counting the correct number of racedays used. Any mistake here will result in a punishment.
No race overlapping is allowed. Any mistake here will result in a punishment.
Also pay attention that Trentione is 5 racedays, not 4, that Quatre Jours is in fact cinq jours, and that the Giro has 2 rest days and thus is only 21 racedays.
All CT races are 6-8 riders, whichever you like. All WT races have their RL number of riders. So in this season part it's 8 for all, except the Giro who have 9 riders.
Here's how I want the PM to look. Anything not to my liking will be refused, otherwise I have way too much work checking and making startlists. Any mistake here will result in a punishment.
This is how I want the PM to look:
Title: Teamname planner or something
Hi Ollfardh my best friend, here are my startlists:
Scheldeprijs:
That Climber
Another Climber
Some Sprinter
Decent Cobbler
Time Trialist
Danny Pate
...
Luxembourg:
That Climber
Another Climber
Some Sprinter
Decent Cobbler
Time Trialist
Danny Pate
[Please put them vertical, so I can easily copy/paste them]
And the race days:
That Climber - 3 + 5 = 8
Another Climber - 14 + 9 = 23
Some Sprinter - 15 + 15 = 30
Decent Cobbler - 9 + 17 = 26
Time Trialist - 26 + 5 = 31
Danny Pate - 53 + 9 = 62
[The first number is the part 1 racedays, the second number is the part 2 racedays, meaning the third number is the total raceday number. The new guys can send me just the last number of course.]
Ask questions if something isn't clear. Did I mention there will be punishments for mistakes?
Best start working on this asap. No deadline yet, but you won't finish this in 15 minutes.

I don't think so, but Brabantse was popular from the start and the last spots were taken by CT teams (who are 100% guaranteed). Worst of is probably Orica, they only got 1/3 wildcards.
All of the WT done now, gonna take a small break before I continue with the CT. All should be done this afternoon though.
