@sutty: Thanks!
@Ollfardh: He sure is. Hopefully he will continue like this.
@jaxika: Definitely. Shame he didn't win here though.
@nacho: I hope so as well.
@baia: 2nd is very nice indeed!
No new update today, I'm feeling quite ill, so I'd better not use energy on this

Our squad
Björn Arvid is here as a domestique. The break is optional.
Jonas Ek is important in the sprint train today.
Kristian Hammarling is the leader for today. As a strong sprinter, that makes sense.
Simon Holt is the lead-out here. As a decent sprinter, that seems reasonable.
Heiko Kalichmann is the second option for the break. He can, just like Björn, try out on the short climbs.
Favourites
***** | Juan José Haedo | **** | Fred Rodriguez | *** | Ed Clancy | ** | Ian Wilkinson | * | Matt Cronshaw |
Startlist
1 man goes into the break today. Björn ensures the team of some more tv-time today!
However, 3 more men catch up with him. Since they get over 5 minutes, these 4 seem likely to fight it out for the win today.
With 10kms to go the escapees reach the back of the pack.
With 4kms to go Hales tries to escape from the break.
With 1.5kms to go he's caught.
Under the banner it seems to become a battle between Björn and Burnett.
500 meters later the battle is already decided though.
At the line
he celebrates. A very nice victory for Björn here! The pack doesn't even make the time limit today.

@Ollfardh: You'll see now.
@nacho: Thanks!
@sutty: They sure are! It's not even over yet
As expected, may was dominated by the Giro. However, the other races haven't gone unnoticed. For example, Euskaltel has found a new sponsor and will therefore be able to continue. Although the Basque character might be gone, it's a good thing there are still sponsors willing to step into cycling.

@sutty: Yes, that's very nice!
@nacho: Considering his bad luck he deserves it indeed.
Probably not a new update today. The new update takes masses of time to prepare for me, and it's going to involve you. Only way an update could happen is if someone is willing to help me. If you are willing to, please PM and I'll explain the details. All you need is a working Excel.
edit: nevermind, I just found something to speed up the process

Yup, I found a way to speed up what I had to do.
IMPORTANT!!!
I will now decide the definitive potential of each rider part of the team. What you should do is the following. You send me a list of 3 numbers. The first number varies from 1 to 26. The second and third vary from 1 to 5. What I have done is attach these numbers to a stat or difference with the main stat, in a different way for every rider. The first number is from the main stat, which varies from 73-85. The other stats will be lower than the main stat, but how much is decided by your number. Since it's going to take some time to get everything organized, the story will be on hold until tuesday. The deadline for sending is this sunday. Please include the rider's name in the title of the PM. I'm not going to reveal potentials, in case you wonder

Cruel, truly cruel!
So the first number will effect TT/PRL for Armin for instances? |

The first number will affect Armin's TT, as that was his highest starting stat

Our squad
Peter de Groote will be a domestique here.
Jonas Ek will be an important rider here. Co-leader on the cobbles or a rider to pull the pack.
Johnnie Flodder will be the sprinter in case the cobbles aren't too difficult.
Joep Gouda will be domestique as well.
Fatbardh Haxhi will be co-leader if the cobbles prove to be difficult or lead-out for Johnnie if not.
Khieu Tet Khamphan is yet another domestique. It'll be interesting to see the leader's battle of today.
Timothy Raue will be a protector, mainly for the beginning of the race.
Taeke Roorda is a rouleur here. He'll take his turns most likely.
Favourites
***** | Taylor Phinney | **** | Bernhard Eisel | *** | Borut Bozic | ** | Maarten Tjallingii | * | Ramon Sinkeldam |
Startlist
Due to the unexpected strength of the field we decide to send Jonas into the break of 9. They get a total of 6 minutes lead.
With 28kms to go finally a new attack. Eisel attacks, but has no more cobbles to ride over.
With 15kms to go Eisel is caught, but Phinney now attacks. He can't get away though.
With 5kms to go Keisse is in the lead. Phinney is following, Jonas is trying to hang on.
With 2kms all 3 are caught though. Fatbardh is leading out Johnnie.
After the final roundabout it's Marcato who seems to be riding away.
At the finish
he doesn't give it away. Johnnie comes at an incredible 2nd place, while Westra completes the podium.
